When choosing an agent to manage letting one of our properties we were in contact with 4 agents in total. We chose Belvoir for a number of reasons. We thought that the website was very well laid out with a clear structure around monthly fees and the way that Belvoir operates. We were also blown away by how pro-active Francesca was and how supportive she was if we had any questions and this is even before we chose to go with them. In fact we had viewings booked in even before we had finished decorating the property in preparation for our live date. The whole process has been made extremely easy and the follow up from the rest of the team has been excellent too and very efficient. I would definitely recommend Belvoir to anyone wishing to let their property/properties out. Thanks again everyone, you have made this a great experience for us. Kind regards Leon.

We let our property through Belvoir for about 10 years and always found Grant, Francesca, Natasha and the team to be professional and very helpful. They responded to any queries quickly and really made us feel like we were all part of the same team. The property was always let quickly which reflected their attention to detail and professionalism when showing prospective renters and we were regularly kept informed about any changes. When we decided to sell the property we chose to sell with Belvoir. This was the best decision we could have made as Natasha and Francesca were relentless in progressing the sale and chasing solicitors and surveyors. We were very impressed at the level of service we received in this respect and felt that they were the key drivers in getting our property sold. My review is has a buyer. I found the service given by the Belvoir team based in Long Eaton was excellent. Communication and follow up was all completed in a very timely manner.The team seem to work a lot of out of hours and still rspond at 9 and 10 oclovk at night.True dedication .Above and beyhond....Exvellent! I want to thank the amazing Francesca and Sharee for all the hard work they have done on helping us purchase our first home! It was originally repossessed and the repossession comapany were a nightmare to communicate with but they persued, ringing, emailing and contacting them anyway they could always pushing with our best interests at heart. We couldn’t have got our property without them they are amazing! Any agent is able to collect the rent and do what's required of them but with belvoir the bare minimum is not all what they've done for me. It would be too numerous for me to mention all what they've accomplished but suffice to say their empathy, level of communication and efficiency is second to known which gives great assurance for one like me residing in Australia. If you need an agent that will look after your properties like their very own Please give belvoir a try. It would be the best decision you could possibly make

The pictures were great and they gave us a good selection to choose from, they kept us up to date with everything that was happening and were very proactive with the viewings. I have been a tenant through Belvoir for over 3 years and I can honestly say I have felt really looked after by them. The only major problem I have had is with the boiler breaking down. Jayde at Long Eaton was straight on the case! As it was during a cold snap, a replacement boiler could not be fitted until the following week but Jayde was really concerned for my welfare. She offered to drop heaters off to me on her way home from work & made sure I had somewhere to go for showers etc. After the boiler was fitted there was a problem. Once again Jayde made sure an engineer came out the same day & liaised with me with many phone calls. She really couldn't do enough. I have found all of the staff at Long Eaton really helpful & friendly so I feel I can call on them at any time even with minor problems. I am extremely pleased with the service they provide.

As a landlord, I have been delighted to entrust my now 9-house portfolio to Grant and his team. They are brilliant! I am always struck by their fairness towards the tenants as well as to the landlords. If you are a landlord or tenant looking for a Letting Agent in this area, then you really do not need to look any further! Keep up the great work! I have just purchased a new property and Bervoir were, as always, excellent. Once again, they were extremely fair to both parties and this is why I would never hesitate to recommend Belvoir!!
