Belvoir end of tenancy process is excellent Having reached the end of the tenancy agreement, you initiated a thorough inspection of our property and produced a very detailed report of your findings. I found Belvoir to be fair and honest in the appraisal of responsible parties, as there can be a fine line between genuine wear and tear and avoidable damage. It is also important to me that the property is maintained to a high standard that makes it desirable to future tenants. Given the prompt actions carried out by Belvoir to clear the items raised in the inspection report, our property was re-let very quickly and I couldn't be happier. All in all, thank you for a very slick, professional service.

We have used Belvoir, Long Eaton for many years to take care of our rental properties. In this time they have also, very successfully, sold properties for us. We have never had any problems with them and they have always provided us with a first-class service and first-class tenants. One of the major reasons for our long association with Belvoir is the personal relationship you develop with the staff, which we find helps greatly if there are any issues that need resolving. I am really happy with the service and property management undertaken by the team at Belvoir Long Eaton. Our property has had tenants nearly 100% of the time, and when a tenancy agreement has come to an end, Belvoir have been very successful in finding new tenants. I have had dealings mainly with Kerrie and Natasha who are both courteous and professional in their handling of any tenant issues and queries that I may raise with them. Job well done !

Belvoir have fully managed my apartment lettings for the last 13 years. They are always responsive, professional and prepared to make recommendations. The staff easy to work with, give good market advise, find new tenants quickly and advised of any work needed to keep the property well maintained. When we've had any problem tenant they have helped me through the steps to obtaining possession (key item I have learned from experience has been ensuring rent insurance s in place which was done via belvoir so they can directly assist). Having recently had a 2 month window to sell the property when a tenant served notice, we instructed Belvoir to sell (and relet if there was no interest in that short timeframe). Natasha found a buyer and worked hard throughout to keep the transaction moving with regular check in's to all parties. They also checked on the property and arranged removal of my furniture. Excellent work during a challenging period with covid 19, reasonable fees and highly recommend for both lettings and sales.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have used Belvoir Lettings for 10 years now, and they have always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. For the most part we have had very few gaps between tenancies. I can only recall one instance of excess time between tenants and that was due to prospective tenants changing their mind at the last minute rather than any fault of Belvoir Lettings. In fact, I'm more likely to have to beg for a bigger gap between tenants to ensure the property can be maintained to my specifications. I have recommended Belvoir in Long Eaton to other landlords and most certainly would again.

Currently using Belvoir Notts as my estate agent to rent a flat. The team is very professional and friendly. Sales people are wiling to go extra mile to support you in finding the right place and maintenance team always finding a timely solution to any issues you might experience. The only thing that could be improved is the contractors they use, some of them are great, while with others sometimes it can take ages for them to contact you, even after you leave 3-4 VMs during the week. No negativity towards the Belvoir though, as they contacting these guys quickly all the time. Would recommend using Belvoir services for sure - trusted team and great service overall.

Belvoir keep me informed and up to date on anything I need to do or be aware of. tenants are all checked before being signed up and they work quickly to find a tenant when one leaves: the last time there was only a week between one leaving and the next one moving in.
