I'm always reluctant to leave negative reviews but everyone has a breaking point. I've been trying to get an extractor fan fitted for some years now to alleviate the mould in the bathroom but cancelled appointments, calls to 'emergencies', not having the necessary tools and any other number of excuses are the only action.

GoogleToday I had two viewings with possibly the rudest agent I have ever met in London. George was extremely dismissive during conversation and blatantly ignored me and walked about 5 metres ahead of me at all times ignoring my existence. When I thanked him for his time after showing me the final property he didn’t even turn around and proceeded to wave his hand in the air without even turning to face me.
For such a reputable company this service was a disgrace and would only discourage me in letting a property from this company, a huge disservice to his landlord/clients.
