The Trusted AgentVery easy, organised and friendly sale for first time buyers!
Marcelle was amazing, so helpful and really on the ball steering us through the process as first time buyers. It was lovely having someone chasing everything up and letting us know how things were progressing. It really made a big difference that Marcelle was so friendly and aproachable, l felt confident in giving her a call or email when l needed some info. Would 100% use Winkworths when we make our next big move! Many thanks

The Trusted AgentTotal professionals - best agents I've ever come across
I cannot recommend the team at Winkworths in Palmers Green too highly.
I have just sold and purchased through them and the whole team have been fantastic .
I had a lot of dealings with everyone including Ahmet, Marcelle and Ben, and they were all incredibly professional and supportive throughout . I had a lot of contact with other agents in Southgate and Palmers Green and Winkworths are in a different league .

GoogleWe sold a house in Palmers Green at a very difficult time in the market. We really appreciated the work done by Winkworth, and in particular by Hetal, always very helpful and capable, who had to mediate between our limited knowledge of the English market and a truly difficult relationship with the buyers.

Having worked with estate agents in a professional capacity, I have to say that I found Ben different than the normal "agent". He was helpful, honest and overall "on the ball". I would recommend using Winkworth for your conveyacing transactions..

The Trusted AgentMarcelle provided excellent service
We would like to thank Marcelle for being with us every step of the way with what was a challenging move for us.
Having been let down by numerous other estate agents in the area before turning to Winkworth, Marcelle restored our faith and personally oversaw our sale.
We wouldn't hesitate to come back to Winkworth in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family.
THANK YOU MARCELLE!

The Trusted AgentDuring a process which had so many potential derailers, including the vendors separating/divorcing and lack of planning permission for building works as well as less than effective solicitors on both our side and the vendors; Ahmet played a huge role in making our purchase happen and his perseverance and professionalism as well as sense of perspective and humour during what became quite a fraught process at times was extremely appreciated and valued.

GoogleWe recently let out a flat through Winkworth for our elderly widowed uncle. Kelly promptly responded to our enquiry and showed us the property that same day. She was so patient with our uncle's numerous questions and explained the process clearly. Both Kelly and Chloe helped us through the process explaining what everything meant (it was our first time in the letting process). Both ladies responded to our phone calls and e mails quickly. There are some great pairings in life (e.g. Batman + Robin, Fish + Chips); Kelly + Chloe are one of those pairings. Thank you for everything Winkworth ladies!

The Trusted AgentI have nothing but praise for the Palmers Green branch of Winkworth. The purchase of my flat was made as painless as possible due to the helpfulness of the staff at the branch, especially Ahmet Hussain, who promptly dealt with any queries/worries I had. Even though I have now moved into my property, and am generally very happy, he is continuing to be helpful with outstanding issues I have.

The Trusted AgentWinkworth were absolute stars from the second I walked in their branch. I shopped around to find a suitable agent for selling my flat, but they seemed the most professional and friendly. I specifically dealt with Ahmet, from the evaluation to doing viewings and finally taking the sale all the way to completion. He is both professional, friendly and kept everything under control, including me! Highly recommended!

GoogleFirst Class service from Winkworth - Ben has been handling my sale and I cannot speak highly enough of his work.
It's extremely refreshing to work with an agent who is genuine, honest and works hard to get things done for all involved - the seller, buyer and the estate agency.
Restores your faith in estate agents, can't thank Ben & Winkworth enough!

GoogleFrom the very first conversation with Hetal, I knew we were dealing with an efficient and conscientious estate agent.
I was searching for properties on behalf on my elderly mother and had found a probate property that was listed with two agents. We needed to move fast as my mothers buyers had already completed and were living in rented accommodation whilst waiting for my mother to move, and having viewed the property with one agent, I didn’t get the feeling of professionalism or urgency from them. I made the risky decision of contacting the other agent who the property was listed with, and didn’t regret it. From then on it was “all systems go” from Hetal at Winkworths, with making an offer and securing the sale for us. Intense and persistent communication was required due to challenges of being a probate sale, and Hetal delivered on every occasion. The timescale from us making an offer to my mum moving into her new home was exactly 12 weeks, which was unbelievably fast considering the probate obstacles, conveyancing delays and other unexpected demands.
My mum is now happy in her new home near her children and grandchildren and we will always be thankful to Hetal and Winkworths for making this happen!

The Trusted AgentProperty purchase working with Ben Morison
Ben was the agent dealing with our property purchase in the middle of a fairly long chain. We are extremely grateful to Ben for taking the initiative to coordinate the chain. Communication between the agents/parties was challenging at times but Ben took the lead to ensure that our purchase progressed and ultimately our move went to plan. Thanks for all your hard work!

The Trusted AgentMarcelle at Palmers Green Winkworth
Marcelle at Winkworth in Palmers Green recently helped us sell our flat, and she's been great from start to finish.
Even at times when the pressure was on she remained calm, professional and, perhaps more importantly, took the time to listen to us.
I would have no hestitation in using Winkworth again.
Oh, and the pictures they took of our flat were amazing!
