View AgentsThe manager valued the property well - and we managed to achieve the asking price after several bids. The agents were very efficient in showing a large number of people round the property and vetted the financial position of the potential buyers so that we did not have problems with them not being able to get a mortgage - this was a flying freehold which is unusual and more complex. All the staff were very helpful whenever I had to contact the office - I will certainly use them again.

GoogleFirst rate service from Winkworth especially to Gabrielle and Eren. They handled the re-letting of the flat I lived in and letting staff were efficient, communicative and approachable. No problems at all so I would definitely recommend.

FacebookFrom beginning to end I found my experience with all the staff at Winkworths Palmers Green to be excellent - particularly though with Eve. Always efficient, professional and helpful to me as a tenant whilst still managing to look after the land lady's interests. I would recommend them highly whether you are a tenant or land lord and I will certainly use them if necessary in the future.

Dear Faz, we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. I have discussed your comments with the members of staff you dealt with, and I understand the facts are as follows: You rented a property via Winkworth Palmers Green for 12 months between February 2019, February 2020. Upon inspection of the property in October 2019, it was found you had breached the terms of your tenancy, for which we presented you with evidence. You were subsequently served notice in December the same year. You disputed the quotes for the remedial works following the check-out report, which was incidentally carried out by a third party inventory company. The deposit return was referred to and dealt with by the Deposit Protection Scheme, Alternative Dispute Service. The Deposit Protection Scheme ruled in favour of the Landlord and awarded the full sum of the deposit to be returned to the Landlord. On this basis, we strongly disagree with your comments and ask you to withdraw the post.

We would highly rate Winkworth.....from the first valuation (no pressure, very good local knowledge, realistic advice) to the open day (no hassle for us they took care of it all) ....the bit that we especially rated was the after sale service - proactive, helpful, got it done! They get the balance right in terms of professional yet friendly service. We would definitely use them again.

GoogleWe were involved in a complicated 5 house chain where Winkworths, Palmers Green, acted as agent for both our sale and purchase. At every stage they offered spot on advice and immediate responses in a highly professional manner. If they had not been involved our chain would absolutely have collapsed. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
