GoogleNot only was my elderly mothers time wasted for over a month, she was asked for document after document. After prolonging and not being completely transparent with us, we are now at risk of being homeless as she wasted our time and is now holding onto the deposit after making us wait until Christmas break to ask for employee references. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

GoogleOur flat had been on the market unsuccessfully for 3 months with another local agent. We changed to Winkworth who secured a sale within 3 days, at just £950 off the asking price. The follow up service from Amber was superb, our sale was a difficult one but Winkworth didn't drop the ball once. They kept the pressure on our (lazy and incompetent) solicitor and were there to offer advice and support at each and every stage. I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI spent the entire week trying to arrange a viewing for a property that was on the market, and finally, we agreed on a time, 9:30 AM on Saturday. After traveling 1.5 hours to get there, I received an email just 30 minutes before the scheduled time, informing me that the viewing was canceled. It's hard to imagine why anyone would trust this agency with selling their properties when they clearly aren't committed to showing them to potential buyers.

GoogleWe have been using Winkworths as our letting agents for over 8 years now. Our property was let and managed through them. They found us a constant stream of tenants (our property was empty for only 2 weeks in 8 years!) Their management service was fantastic; tenant references were reliable, the inventories were prompt and detailed, we were always up to date with what was needed and the status of repairs / safety checks etc. We felt that their commission was good value for money and our rental was paid & recorded promptly and professionally. We would unhesitatingly recommend the Winkworths letting team to anyone in need of a lettings agent.

GoogleWant to commend Nicola for the hard work she put in during our process of buying our first house. Really helpful, quick to action things, and got us a great deal. The house we ended up with was actually a 'wild card' suggestion that we hadn't initially selected, and it turned out to be the best we'd seen our whole search. Can't complain!

GoogleNice guys, but can be extremely frustrating to deal with; relatively straightforward information has to be chased out of them by badgering them repeatedly, and they consistently fail to meet the deadlines they set themselves "We'll have this to you by X" becomes "Oh well we can have THIS to you by Y." Would be preferable if they could be open and straightforward about what is causing delays, as they often simply ignore my e-mails.

GoogleNicola Keane, can’t recommend her highly enough. She actually listens to what you want/ need and goes out of her way to find it for you. We needed a rental with a 6 month break and who would allow pets and were having real problems finding anything. Not only did she find this for us she did it in literally a few days and then she and the whole team worked like stink over the Christmas period got it over the line in time for primary school applications. Amazing

GoogleSo a trio of 3 showed up at my place and rang the doorbell for the flat upstairs - I asked for ID - because I don’t know the neighbour well, and was met with what can only be described as absolute rudeness from the lead team member, how dare you ring my doorbell (because the tenant was not in) and treat me this way - shame on you! I won’t rate this firm ever - second bad experience! Get some staff with people skills - please!
