I had a great experience with the Winkworth agency while finding my new flat. Harry was incredibly professional throughout the whole process and honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. He responded to all my messages so quickly, answered every question I had, and kept me updated at every stage. He was also genuinely kind and reassuring, which made the whole process much less stressful than it has been in the past. I couldn’t recommend Harry enough and I can’t wait to move into a wonderful new place!

Nicola recommended a house that was outside our initial search area but we went with her recommendation and went to view it and it turned out to be perfect for us. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process updating us regularly. Archie and Claire have been a pleasure to work with. Archie responded to an inquiry first thing Monday morning, and got me into a viewing that evening, before the flat was even posted online. I filled out an application that evening. Responses from the team have been extremely quick and Claire has been very communicative throughout the paperwork process. Archie even met me and for a second walk through to take some pictures and measurements that I didn't think about the first time around. Great service and communication throughout the entire process.

My apologies if this review is coming in late but I want to give massive props to this estate agent. They have been fabulous considering the dire state of the current rental market in the UK. I want to say a massive thanks to Nicola K and Sammi B for their support. Nicola has such a warming presence and was very knowledgeable on the particulars of the property. She has the type pf energy that could warm up a room and we she can see the vision you have when property searching. She was kind, respectful and deserves the highest merit. Sammi them helped me across the finish line. She was driven and determined to make sure we met our target move in date. I can't commend them enough for putting my 6 month property search to an end in less than two weeks. I have dealt with over 20 different agents and they have been nothing short of a nightmare. We had a really great experience of selling our flat with Winkworth (similar to the experience when we bought it through them 8 years before). Alex was very trustworthy and provided really sound and trustworthy valuation advice (initially advised us not to sell, as he thought the market would improve if we waited for a few months). Nicola then led the sale process, and assisted with trying to find us a house. She, and her team, were very creative and offered a great bespoke service.
