GoogleI have recently moved into a rental property advertised by Winkworth but managed by a private landlord. Even though they don't manage the property, the Winkworth team did such a good job of onboarding me, keeping me in the loop with what documentation was needed and answering any questions that I had. Claire, in particular, is fantastic. Very prompt and always happy to help, she has been a pleasure to work with.

GoogleMy daughter was looking for a first time purchase of one/ two beds flat in SE22. Nicola was highly professional yet friendly. Her responses to queries was exceptionally quick and she not only listened to our requirements but only sent properties that met the specification. Her organisation of viewings was efficient, flexible and used our limited time well. We had many interactions with estate agents in the past weeks and Nicola was by far the best . GoogleTenant here. Check in went well and not many problems with the property over the past year. A couple of issues with Nick and poor communication/responsiveness of the fixflow management system but otherwise things get fixed. End of tenancy has been a less desirable experience. I gave my 2 months notice and they insisted on an extra day (without showing the calculation of the end date when I gave my expected 2 month notice end date- apparently all agents calculate with the extra day?!), I’m not going to argue over £50 but asked 3 times for a specific check out date to be arranged, they finally confirmed for the day after I requested (and need me to return keys by noon even though the check out agent will be there at 4pm). I don’t know why they are being so awkward, I’ve paid the full rental amount but want an earlier check out. Will be interesting to see how the deposit return process goes!

GoogleI had called multiple times on a property to be told I would get a call back. Each day I called again asking and I was told I would get a call back. Today I called about the said property to be told it was not available. London's housing market is so hurried, I was really interested. I was never informed or offered a viewing. No one ever called me back. I was treated like my interest in the property did not matter. This has left me confused and led me to believe a lack of care from this branch. I now will not be in contact with people who do not care for business.

GoogleWinkworth have been absolutely brilliant in the stressful process of selling our house. Nicola in particular was very quick to respond in managing a difficult chain and kept the whole process going.
