Always responsive, always on top of questions and queries - I always felt like they had my best interest at heart, which it’s safe to say isn’t common in other estate agents. GoogleVery smooth and easygoing servisminded people. No fuzz. And no hidden and super high fees. This was one of the cheaper estate agents I encountered in terms of fees. But still good service. Down to earth.

Professional to a fault, they took all the hassle out of both renting out and eventually selling our property, a process which they handled with diligence and well honed expertise. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThe water pump broke two days before Christmas. No Heat, no hot water. British Gas would have taken 5 days to come out and replace the pump. Gemma from Winkworth reached out and organised for an independent contractor to come out and fixed the problem that same day. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Thank you! Would highly recommend!!

GoogleOf all the estate agents I have dealt with in this area, these were by far the worst: arrogant, rude, pressurising and careless. I have since found out that other people have had similar, bad experiences with this branch, so unfortunately I don't think my experience was an exception. Avoid like the plague.
