My tenancy has just ended through Winchester White and what an easy, straightforward, trustworthy and professional experience I had. From start to finish every thing was smooth, stress free and my emails were responded instantly. They really look after their tenants AND the properties they let. My deposit was released with in days after the check out. My new tenancy is through another company and I must say I miss their level of care already. Our negotiator was informative and professional - the property manager was on point ALWAYS. I cannot recommend Winchester White enough for Tenants and landlords !

Great service from emily. She was friendly, informative and someone that really listened to what was important to us as a family.I called the agency about a flat I had seen on right move. Sadly it had already been taken but a house was becoming available that day. Emily said that her and team were going to view it and if she felt it wa suitable would call me. She was true to her word and found us the dream house to rent with my small family. Thank you!

Best Estate Agent's experience to date!I cannot recommend Winchester White enough and more importantly Ines. They were absolutely brilliant. All our emails and calls were answered promptly, information was up to date and on time. Ines took a real interest in our hopes for our home and helped us secure a brilliant rental. Notoriously, estate agents can be flaky and focused solely on securing a deal but I did not find this the case at all. 10/10. Would always use in the future.

Useless. Send out automated messages to fish for money (don't pay the scam cleaning bill). Ignored mould. Took ages to get deposit back

Winchester White aka W2, as I like to refer them, squares the every experience right from the start. When we were searching for an apartment for rent, W2 understood our requirements and preference, went all out to find apt and the right apartment ,which we finalised on the day we saw it. The team is very professional and hunts for very good houses.Our journey started with Romana during the hunt and after signing the agreement, interactions with Elliot (operations) and Zoe (accountants) have been pleasant and they were helpful to sort any issues, if any, in timely and professional way.I highly recommend to work with W2.
