It was great to have Romana as my agent - she was very quick when dealing with calls / emails and was helpful at all times. As a result I was able to secure a property of my liking within a short amount of time and I was kept up to date with all the developments. On a few occasions Romana has worked outside of office hours to progress required paperwork / talk to me over the phone and I really appreciate her hard work.

Great personal service and a very thoughtful approach to the end to end customer journey. Even after the initial engagement, service levels have been high, with help and support available from a friendly face or voice throughout. They clearly know well both the market and the landlords they represent. Never pushy, empathetic and always with relevant recommendations combined with efficient and practical help right through to post-implementation, this has been a really positive experience during a naturally stressful and complex period when moving. We’ve seen it done a lot of different ways over the years...I’d certainly opt to do it this way again next time!

BrilliantWe were about to move into a house in south west London. The time by which we needed to move was fast approaching and due to packed work schedules and no more time to view properties, we were looking at no other choice other than to go with an agency that wanted to hold us to extortionate holding and agency fees.Luckily, Ines contacted me with a much better arrangement for the same property. We were sorted within a week and a half and have now happily settled in.Would recommend to anyone.

The staff there are really easy to deal with. Have worked many times with Elliott and Alissa who have been always very calm and helpful. They are flexible with their bookings and offer good advice to solve any issues we encounter. Love that unlike most other agents Winchester White are open on Saturdays and also bank holidays, this makes a massive difference. Gemma Merchant has occasionally been in contact - very pleasant in her manner and approach. She normally has all the facts before getting into contact which is why she is very straight forward to work with.Jake from one of the branches has been known to be very nice to members of staff who have visited that office.

We moved London from another country, therefore we needed a bit more support than a regular letting process. Our property agent Edward from Winchester White was very helpful. First of all, he found us the property that fits perfectly our requirements and he intermediated all the communication with the landlords although our case was relatively difficult as we had no credit history in the UK. His continuous support throughout the entire process facilitated a smooth relocation for us.
