TrustpilotResponsive, efficient and friendly agent
I have been using Winchester White to rent out my Putney flat for the past three years. WW take every care to match tenants with the property and the landlord. My agent Elizabeth really listened and took on board all my concerns and wishes. Within days of marketing the property she secured excellent tenants for me and was scrupulously accurate issuing all the documentation. I highly recommend Winchester White.

TrustpilotShambolic Property Managers
I have rented a property through Winchester White and they are acting as a "property manager" on behalf of the landlord. Their incompetency is frankly frightening. The letting team were great in getting the deal arranged, but since then it's been a shambles. If you are signing up for a property that is managed by them, steer well clear as you will have nothing but issues and stress.

We were very happy and grateful for all the service and support from Holly and Romana during our apartment hunt. The communication was at a very personal and clear level, where we felt heard compared to the other agencies we worked with.

Winchester White marketed my flat and did an excellent job of setting my expectations and then more than meeting them. They were consistently friendly, helpful and professional. They achieved a rental figure far higher than any other agent believed possible whilst always ensuring all parties were completely happy with all aspects of the agreement. I would highly recommend them and Jake to anyone looking to rent their property in South West London.

TrustpilotDifferent League!
I had been speaking to a number of agents regarding my property search, but after a chat with Romana, it became clear that her knowledge, expertise and professionalism puts Winchester White on a different level to all the other agencies on the high street. Winchester White have also been exceptionalin managing my own flat by finding a good tenant in a very short space of time. I strongly encourage all other landlord’s to give them a call!

TrustpilotSuper kind agency ever
I’ve got a new property with the Winchester White. For me, this is the first time to get a flat so everything would be very difficult and tiring. From the beginning to finalising contract, however, the assistant manager(Emily, Romana), manager(Jake)- they gave so su much kindly help and effort. If I got the second chance to find new home around Wimbledon, I’d definitely choose this agency. Thank you so much guys.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
