TrustpilotHelpful and professional throughout
We've had some really negative experiences working with lettings agencies in the past, but can have no complaints with our tenancy experience with Winchester white over the last 18 months. From Romana helping us secure the flat, Ross & Elliott being on call throughout the tenancy to fix any issues that arose, and Alexa assisting with the end of the lease, everyone was helpful and professional throughout.

TrustpilotRomana M - Wimbledon. Human, friendly and professional. .
I was working with Romana from the Wimbledon office, she was extremely clear, efficient, articulate and most of all human and friendly. She aided me to quickly get the ideal place I wanted, was accommodating and organised with all the admin that had to be done, and didn't leave me feeling like I was on an island or one of many clients.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
