TrustpilotReally excellent
Helaina, Jake, Louis and the rest of the team have been so professional, courteous and speedy in getting our flat rented. I have been really impressed by how quickly and efficiently they have managed every step of the way. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their home.

TrustpilotGood service
Agents are working hard to help us solving problems and communicate with our landlord. Emails get replied within 1 or 2 days after contract signed. (To request view a property make a phone call will be a better way to contact them.)
We're really glad to hear you had such a great experience working with Winchester White, Ria! Thank you so much for taking the time out to share your feedback! All the best,Winchester White

TrustpilotWinchester White did a fantastic job
Winchester White did a fantastic job in securing us a tenant at this difficult time. Our property was put on the market with two other agents, but it was Winchester White that was the most pro-active, energetic, attentive and insightful, and we were delighted that they found us a tenant. The was particularly the case during the Covid-19 period: nothing was too much trouble and we had frequent contact and updates. Although their hands were tied by having to take all important steps to protect the health of their staff, prospective tenants and members of the public, Winchester White found ways to get us a tenant before the lockdown.

TrustpilotThank goodness for our new tenant
Thank goodness for our new tenant. My husband and I have had to downsize this year but can't sell our family home, so we are now having to rent it out. However, we haven't been able to find a tenant since January and we worried that with coronarivurs coming we would have no tenant and a mortage to pay all year!Winchester White found us a tenant last weekend. They were very respectful and kept their distance at all times. We were very impressed that they were so concienscous. I wish them well during this difficult time and hope they can weather the coming storm.

TrustpilotBest Letting Agency in Wimbledon..
I've been so impressed with everyone from Winchester & White. Friendly, helpful, insightful & very respectful to my current tenants (in terms of arranging viewing etc). Within one week of being instructed Winchester & White had conducted a load of viewings, had details online (with great professional photography) and then agreed a letting at the full asking price! All necessary due diligence checks on the new tenants were done in hours. Highly recommend this agency and a particular shout out (and thank you) to Jake and Romana

TrustpilotArrogant public nuisance.
These people operate on a disturbingly arrogant way for recipients of their bulk mail.

TrustpilotReally strong independent local estate agent.
Winchester white have helped me to rent out three flats many times over the last 8 years. They have been extremely proactive in their advice to me over that time and have helped me gradually increase rents at a time when the market has generally been slow. Alex winchester has created a strong independent rental agency and has built a well deserved reputation in the local market. He has been helped in this by recruiting a really strong and customer focussed team.

TrustpilotAvoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. They were rude, unprofessional and incompetent. They entered our property without letting us know. They ignored our tenancy notice email. Ignored employment proof. And have cost us and the landlord money that would not have been lost if they were not incompetent and unprofessional.
Thank you for feedback Stephanie. We have responded in full to your partners comments written above, to reiterate we appreciate you are frustrated and upset with the situations as you haven’t been able to be released from your tenancy sooner than you attempted however you are bound by the terms of your tenancy agreement which is legally binding, which included additional referencing which you were unable to fully complete. As explained to both you and Edward, Winchester White are completely transparent in the way in which we work and have attempted to assist with your queries however we cannot act favourably to either party nor defer from the contract.
