If you are looking for a new home, I can only recommend Winchester White.We have been advised by Harriet W., who was amazing in understanding our preferences and wishes. She has been patient with us throughout our search. We visited different properties over 6-8 weeks and she was always on time and very helpful. Compared to other agents from other letting agencies, we had visits with, this felt like a truly customised experience and we appreciate the whole process.If all agents took this approach, looking for a new home would be more enjoyable overall!

We’ve always had a positive experience dealing with Winchester White for renting out our flat, most recently with Elizabeth W and Ines. Communication has been very prompt, ensuring we are fully up to date at every stage of the process, and easy to get hold of in case of questions. The process has been quick and efficient, with minor input required from our side which has saved us lots of time. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The team at Winchester White were all very helpful and constructive when we needed new tenants for our rental flat in Putney. They have a very professional approach and were able to quickly find excellent tenants.From experience, the process of setting up a new tenancy can fall apart a bit when it comes to setting up contracts, support work etc. but this was not the case with WW.With a very tight move-in deadline, Ines Santos at WW really went above and beyond to make sure that the contract wording was as required and agreed by both sides. This included working over the Sunday, to make sure we were ready for signing on the Monday.Very impressive.

They were so helpful and listened to what we actually wanted, and within budget, to find us a flat we are so happy in. The service from Ines from start to finish was fantastic - always contactable, always helpful, always smiling. Given the fantastic experience we had with Winchester White in finding a flat, I decided to go ahead and use their services, having chatted to Alex & Ines, to lease my flat and again, I'm a very happy client. The service was efficient and professional, and sourcing a quality tenant was quick (always an easy win when renting out a flat to avoid being on the market too long!). We've had such a pleasant renting experience over the last year with Winchester White. From Ines being flexible with viewings at the start due to my partner not living in the area, very helpful during the contract negotiation process to Ines and Rebecca being incredibly responsive when our unrelated flat purchase fell through and we had to secure another rental last minute. They responded to our request for references within minutes, which was a great help during a stressful day.

I was slightly despairing of pushy London estate agents when I came across Romana Moskurjakova at Winchester White. A consummate professional, with a warm and intuitive manner, she immediately gave me the sense that I was in good hands. Taking into account my personal circumstances as a single mum, she went out of her way to strike a deal that would work for me. In the end, I found a flat through a different agent, but would just like to say how much I appreciated Romana's approach.
