I've been using Winchester White for nearly five years, and they've always proved to be very professional and polished with a great handle on the market.Amazed by the speed at which Elizabeth, the Lettings Manager at the Battersea office, found a new tenant for one of my properties and how quickly it was progressed from marketing to signing contracts. Very reassuring. I would highly recommend!

We had the pleasure to have Romana as our agent when looking to rent a flat in London (around the Kensington area). She was very lovely, accomodating, and very professional when showing us around properties. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all questions relating to the property. Although we ended up securing a property through another agent, I would definintely use Winchester White again in the future.

GoogleDon’t be fooled by the recent random surge of “good” reviews. If you look closely they’ve all come in the same 2 month period as a result of their actual customers giving them terrible reviews. Unprofessional, couldn’t care less about their tenants and are only in it for the landlords. AVOID AVOID AVOID There are plenty of other good estate agents in the area who will do a much better job - they also try and charge you £400 if you want to renew a contract! Absurd

GoogleHonestly not sure where to begin. I will omit details for the sake of brevity, however the way that we have been treated by this agency has been appalling. Gemma stopped responding to our calls and emails once she realised that she had no leg to stand on after the landlord demanded payment for his own mistake. I simply cannot recommend this agency. The refusal to honour the contract laid out, as well as the fact that we have been treated with no respect clearly shows the lack of morals and values that this company has.NegativeQuality, Value

GoogleIf you are looking for a new home, I can only recommend Winchester White. We have been advised by Harriet, who was amazing in understanding our preferences and wishes. She has been patient with us throughout our search. We visited different properties over 6-8 weeks and she was always on time and very helpful. Compared to other agents from other letting agencies, we had visits with, this felt like a truly customised experience and we appreciate the whole process. One of the best letting agents I have dealt with in the South West area. We recently decided to move to the other side of London to where we are currently based and had the pleasure of dealing with Harriet throughout our search. She was very accommodating to our schedule and the type of place we were looking for and brought a very bubbly personality to the role. Although we did not end up letting a property brought to us by Winchester White, we definitely looking forward to working with them again in the future.
