GoogleI was looking for 2 bedroom flat as we needed more space for our newborn. I got in contact with Az from the agency and he was amazing in helping me and my wife find the perfect flat at a fair price. He responded quickly and effectively during our house hunting conveying our concerns to the landlord and making sure we were happy before we moved in.

TrustpilotGreat Service! Hassle-free for even First-Timer!
We just arrived at London a couple of weeks ago, and we were very anxious looking for our first home as we had no idea what to expect at all. However, Azhaar had made it exceptionally easy for us. He was very helpful, responsive, and extremely patient in answering the endless questions that we had. He has made the whole process hassle-free. We really appreciate all the help he has provided us with.

TrustpilotNever managing our properties again!
Our experience with Winchester White was deeply unsatisfactory. The agency showed a lack of oversight, allowing unauthorized access to our property after the tenants left. Winchester White did not take responsibility for the damage, even though they were responsible for taking back keys. This demonstrated a concerning disregard for responsible property management.Never again will we trust you with managing our properties!

TrustpilotAmazing Company!
This agency is superior on many aspects. Even though we’ve called them for another property which had been already rented, they offered us a flat which perfectly matched to our demands! Romana and Jack are extremely helpful and I hope they keep going like that, as we are going to keep being their happy customers!

I was very impressed with Winchester white. Elizabeth in particular was very kind and approachable. She and her colleagues valued my property quickly and found tenants within a week. She was always available and answered questions quickly. She had a very personable, kind and human manner which in my experience is atypical for estate agents. I trusted her with the property. I would be very keen to work with her again in future.

YellA disaster
We had our house managed by Wincherster White ... An absolute disaster !! The property has been visited in the absence of the tenants, and emptied, the agency had no idea of what happened. The agency has no idea of who has the keys, and is not concerned by the issue ... The house has been left in very bad conditions, not maintained, furniture has been damaged and stolen, the garden was a jungle ... and so on. The agency is clearly not concerned by your property, but much more by the money they can make on it! When the tenants have disappeared, the agency came to us to pay to remove the tenants furniture and to professionally clean the house before we could move back in.

TrustpilotExceptional tenancy manager
I was a tenant for almost 2 years. They have leveled up their professionalism and will promptly respond to any issue regarding the property and tried to fix it as soon as possible. The tenancy manager was exceptional when I have to leave my joint tenancy and provided solutions by keeping it professional and realizing the urgency of the situation. They have proved that they prioritize difficult situations and try to solve things in different ways by using their professional status as a "guarantor" especially, when random people have to communicate and sort out things regarding the change of tenancies, deposits etc.
