Dear Georgia Hall, I have looked into this for you and have found multiple correspondence with yourself and a great deal of cooperation from our team. I do not see the version of events you have described. We have highlighted the required paperwork and explained the requirements from the start of the tenancy. If you can provide the required documents to the property manager you have been liaising with they will be able to close the matter for you. We want to help resolve the matter ASAP We are extremely disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction of the service received. The director responsible for this area of our business has been advised accordingly and will make contact within the next 48 working hours to discuss the matter directly with you. We trust we shall be able to resolve this matter amicably.

We have rented a residential flat in Fulham for the last 2 years. Our experience with Willmotts while finding a tenant was exceptional, communication was fast and accurate and they gave great advise about property staging. We have used a number of agents in the area and Willmotts has by far been the most transparent and professional.

GoogleMy family have been helped in both managing properties and selling them by Willmotts for over 30 years now. We've been particularly impressed by the selling side, with a very supportive team who've helped not just find the buyers (the easy bit!) but with all the form-filling and bureaucracy which is the vital bit needed to get the sale over the line! Highly recommend!

GoogleWill at Willmotts is excellent! We have received great customer service from him and the team since moving into our Kensal rental. From having a new aerial installed to massively diverging a potential crisis. I called Will from New York after finding out my sister had posted our key through the letter box leaving us locked out and potentially having to pay hundreds to a locksmith on a Sunday. As we'd only been provided with one set of keys upon moving in instead of two (through no fault of Will), I asked if they'd cut another and leave it with local business for collection early Sunday. With not much time remaining on a Saturday afternoon Will ran to the rescue! We were a bit hesitant to rent through an independent agent with few reviews, but the customer experience so far has been great. Thanks again.

GoogleI have rented my flat in West London, in the past, through Willmotts for several years now and they have always been friendly and managed to find me decent and reliable tenants. They also manage the block I live in and have kept this clean, tidy and if I have had any queries they have been prompt and friendly in replying. Overall a friendly and professional company I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to let their property.

At Willmotts we always strive to give the best service possible to our tenants. We have introduced a tenants rewards platform which give tenants discounts and the chance to win great prizes, including a months free rent. We have invested heavily in repair reporting software to speed up repairs and provide a better customer experience. We make sure all our tenants have a dedicated property manager with a direct dial and direct email, no call centres. I am sorry you feel that we have not been upto our best, I do assure you we work very hard to provide the best experience possible.
