GoogleI rented a 3 bed house from them and was full with dump,mices, lots of rubbish from previous tenants,I requested to move out and they refused, I had to go to citizen advise for help and eventually agree to cancel the contract, idea is the never checked the house before renting and they just don't care about tenants , be aware with themNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Googlerented a place through these guys for three years in Fulham. they were really helpful getting the flat to begin with and then helped out resolve a problem we had with a rather difficult neighbour. They got my sister a place too. when we moved out of London earlier this year they sorted out the deposit quick, shame they don't have properties here in Northampton.
