The staff at Westways have been nothing but exceptional throughout my entire buying experience. They are abysmal at dealing with issues with the property, often taking months to sort anything out. In the end the only way I could get stuff looked at was by turning up to their office in person. When a leak caused the electricity to go out, they said it was non-urgent and said to just "keep the lights off."
