I had a terrible experience wih Westways. During all my tenancy Westways has demonstrated lack of professionalism and urgency when it comes to addressing tenants' concerns. We faced many problems which could have been resolved quickly, but were dragged out for weeks. All the property managers I had to deal with were not responsive at all and there is an obvious lack of communication between all the members in the team. It's more than clear that once you sign a contract they prioritise their convenience over tenant satisfaction. They will be very quick, however, to try and deduct some money from your deposit, even if the flat is left in perfect condition, as it was my case (and much cleaner than when we moved in, despite they said it was professionally cleaned, which obviously wasn't). I strongly advice anyone considering to use their services to think twice. Their lack of accountability is unacceptable in this industry. I would stay away if you value your time, safety and peace of mind.

No complaints whatsoever. --- Just wanted to add that they are by far the most proactive and genuine letting agency I've dealt with. We have a flat in a building managed by Westway's for a decade now. We have had excellent service from this company. Emails and calls are answered promptly, advice 100%, accounts all correctly managed and works carried out by their people have never caused complaint. It makes a huge difference to our day to day lives, knowing we can trust them to work on our behalf, keeping our building running smoothly. The office has a very friendly atmosphere too. I worked with Westways Estate Agents for a year while I rented a flat in Maida Vale that they managed. They were excellent to work with throughout the year. They were responsive to resolve small issues and were always courteous when arranging to show the flat after I gave them notice. They helped me out when I lost my keys without any concern or question. Their communication and follow-up was excellent. I highly recommend them. I can confidently recommend Grant Lewis who was extremely polite, professional, sympathetic and just downright bloody brilliant all round in everything he did to sell our flat. Westway’s showed our flat in its best light, showed prospective buyers round and gave us useful feedback following each viewing. Grant found our buyer in a few short weeks, communication was excellent, and he was always available to talk us through each step. We had a few hiccups as all property sales do, but honestly without Grant there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully moved at all! Now we’re in our dream home and Grant was instrumental in making that happen.

Great agency and agents; very professional and helpful. Westways helped me find my rental apartment when I first moved to the city 7 years ago and I've stayed put ever since! I've had the best experience with the agency: from the initial lease agreement and the subsequent renewals, and all maintenance requests - everything was handled promptly, courteously and with minimum fuss. I dealt with Michael and David at the agency and have never had any cause for complaint.

I've experienced Westways both as managing and letting agents. After a fire destroyed our building which they managed, they were a hub of support, going way beyond the call, especially Matthew. They then found us a flat to rent at very short notice. They have been, and continue to be, a reassuring and cheering force in a grim time, whether providing information, handling insurance or helping with temporary accommodation. I always look forward to seeing them, and it's not often you can say that about an agent. Good people.

TLDR: Great experience - Alessandro's clarity, professionalism and quick response rates are second to none. Had a great experience with Alessandro Costantini at Westways. Very quick to respond via both email and WhatsApp, answered our many questions patiently and kept close track of the progress of references etc. across all parties. Changes and corrections were straightforward and transparent, financial payments were clearly laid out and receipt of funds acknowledged immediately. Alessandro worked extremely hard to secure the tenancy in a very tight timeline and was excellent to work with.

Westways Lettings team is probably the worst lettings team I have encountered in London in my 13 years of living in London and renting 7-8 different flats. The team is unresponsive, uncoordinated, and rude. I waited 12 months to have my front door sound proofed, and the repairs made it worse than it was before. I also had a gas leak from a poorly installed boiler and was accused of making up that there was a gas leak. I don't recommend renting with Westways.

Extremely poor service. I received an email from David, requesting information about my income, preferred lease length, etc, after I had reached out regarding a property. I replied within minutes and heard nothing back for a day or two. I ended up calling the office asking for a viewing, which, ironically, David setup. I then called back to reschedule so that I was able to have my wife view the property with me. He then informed me that an offer had actually been made and accepted. When I asked him why he hadn't gotten back to me sooner after our initial emails, which would have, at least, given me a chance to have made an offer - he said nothing and hung up. Extremely poor form.

Can't emphasise the lack of professionalism with this agency. Constantly chasing the agents to see what is happening with the sale, keep saying delay in clients solicitors but sale will still go ahead. 4 months down the line, the buyer supposedly has changed solicitors. Yeah right! Have been strung along like a pair of fools. Appalled by this estate agents. would not recommend !!
