GoogleWestways have taken over the management of our block just over a year ago - it was in a desperate state and they turned it around competely. Rebecca is a fantastic manager - competent, efficient, energetic, responds quickly and doesn't drop an issue, communicates efefctively, is corteous but firm, just what we needed! As a director I feel completely confident that we are in excellent hands.

GoogleI got a beautiful apartment through Westways. Coming from outside the U.K., there was a lot I didn’t know, and I had a million questions. There was one Agent in particular called Bianca Conroy who was very patient with me, responded quickly, answered all my questions, very kind, and made sure I got the apartment i wanted. I highly recommend Westways Estate Agents

GoogleWe recently moved into our new flat and our experience with Westways has been smooth and pretty straightforward. Alessandro our agent was very polite and friendly with us and answered all our doubts and questions, he was very quick to put our offer with the owner and we closed the deal within a few days. GoogleAlessandro helped me find an apartment in Queensway. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions for both me and my uncle, who acted as my guarantor. He offered to show me the house virtually since I wasn't in London, and as soon as I arrived, he made himself available to show it to me in person. He took care of the entire process from start to finish, always explaining what I needed to do or what documents to provide. Overall, I had a really great experience and I highly recommend him because I was able to get my apartment in a very short time, everything was perfect! (flat included)

GoogleMatthew was both professional, flexible and helpful with the letting of the property. He is very open-minded and reasonable to discuss issues with and is willing to take extra efforts following up issues with the property. He also managed to arrange help with the electricity issue during bank holiday - would definitely recommend Matthew and Westways for anyone who is looking to rent a well-maintained place in London.

Grant Lewis and his team (including Giuseppina) rallied around my property purchase process - acting on behalf of the seller and the buyer in a seamless manner! Gian Giannotti in particular has gone above and beyond his role in dealing with some very challenging issues whilst working to very tight deadlines.
