I've been with Westways since January 2021, and my experience as a tenant has been incredible. I recently secured a flat in Primrose Hill, and I have to say, David from Westways was an absolute star throughout the entire process. From start to finish, he went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. Not only did he provide excellent communication and support, but he even took the initiative to ask the current tenant about measurements & dimensions to make sure my belongings would fit perfectly, which was such a thoughtful touch. David also managed to coordinate with the landlord to replace the kitchen hob and toilet seat before I moved in, something I completely forgot to include in my offer! His attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a letting agent who truly puts in the extra effort, I can’t recommend David at Westways highly enough. We had a good experience with Westways. They were helpful throughout the letting process. Alessandro was a very polite and responsive agent, corresponding with us and helping us negotiate several points of the agreement within a relatively limited span of time, allowing us to move in before we both had to leave for the summer (we’re students who live in London during the academic year). It’s often difficult for students to secure private housing, and Westways was very helpful for us in doing this.

Westways has been the best agent I have ever used! Bianca Conroy was so helpful in helping me find my perfect flat. She was always available to talk and help me with any problems that I had with trying to move in. The Team at Westways are amazing, it was our first experience of moving when there was a chain involved, and whilst they were not the agent of the property we were buying, they offered a ton of advice of what to expect, questions when it came to the end to end process. To sell our apartment we had to follow a specific process (part of a first time buyer initiative) which Westways really understood, this proved invaluable. Lastly, when it came to the final push to exchange / complete, the effort from the team was exceptional, they went above and beyond. You’d think a leak that fries the electricity in the house, leaving us with no lights or working appliances, would get a better response than just “oh it’s not urgent, just turn the lights off”. I have been a client of Westways for ten years, for the most part, looked after by competent and attentive property managers, in this small, family run agency where clients are not treated as numbers on a client list! However, my current manager absolutely deserves to be singled out. Gian Gianotti really goes above and beyond what most managers would consider to be good service. Not only is he a wonderful human being, but he addresses all concerns as soon as they have been brought to his attention and follows through with regular updates and really solid advice , based upon years of experience in the industry. I have absolute faith in his judgement and above all, never have felt the need to micromanage him, which I have so often had to do eith managers in large agencies. Who often forget about their clients. With Gian, one feels valued as a client and I really hope that Westways appreciates the rare pearl they have in Gian and that he stays on for many years to come. If you are fortunate enough to have him take care of your property, you will feel truly blessed!

I had a terrible experience wih Westways. During all my tenancy Westways has demonstrated lack of professionalism and urgency when it comes to addressing tenants' concerns. We faced many problems which could have been resolved quickly, but were dragged out for weeks. All the property managers I had to deal with were not responsive at all and there is an obvious lack of communication between all the members in the team. It's more than clear that once you sign a contract they prioritise their convenience over tenant satisfaction. They will be very quick, however, to try and deduct some money from your deposit, even if the flat is left in perfect condition, as it was my case (and much cleaner than when we moved in, despite they said it was professionally cleaned, which obviously wasn't). I strongly advice anyone considering to use their services to think twice. Their lack of accountability is unacceptable in this industry. I would stay away if you value your time, safety and peace of mind.
