GoogleI recently bought a property through Westways, and David was professional and helpful at every step of the way. He was very friendly and efficient, and went above and beyond. Communication was regular and prompt, and he did a great job of making it all as stress-free as possible.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT TRUST THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS! I have had nothing but issues since renting from Westway's. Within our first month we were without a shower for two weeks, the kitchen sink constantly leaked and was only resolved when it leaked through downstairs ceiling, causing damage to the flat below. It has taken 2 months to replace a blind in the living room with the cheapest blind they could find that doesn't even fit the window!! The will ignore all your issues until you press them for action. Completely incompetent with absolutely no regard for you or your flat after you start renting. Do yourself a favour and find another agency.

GoogleReally helpful team, we managed to move into our new flat within a week of making an offer. The team were really responsive and answered all our questions. Our only qualm was that it was very difficult to get them to make a small change in the tenancy agreement. Once we had moved in, we locked ourselves in by accident because the key to the bottom lock didn't fit properly. Someone from the estate agency came first thing in the morning, an hour before the estate agency actually opens, so that was very nice of them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWestways was a professional and fast agency to work with. I turned to Westways as another agency was too slow and unresponsive in processing contracts and inventory. My decision to turn away and then speak to Westways, John in particular, was the right one. He managed to find & rent me a flat within 2 days. Now I live in a property managed by Westways- The property management responds within a few hours and takes care of all requests professionally. Recommend!

GoogleI had a great first experience with Gian dealing with a heating issue of a new tenant on a cold Saturday evening. Using ingenuity and his contacts of skilled engineers he managed to help resolve the issue remotely. Both tenant and I are hugely grateful. A very promising start to this working relationship.

GoogleIf you are in the process of searching for a property, avoid this agency! Absolutely disgusting service, unreliable and lousy agents. They list properties to click-bait clients! I have been enquiring for a property which I had to call for several times, it took days for someone to come back to me, when I asked for additional information I was told that they will try to find out and they will let me know. They never did, when I called them again and asked for the requested details I have been transferred to a very rude agent, that could not be bothered with my questions and basically told me to look someplace else as they don't want certain type of tenants!!!! Absolutely appalling way of running a business!

GoogleConfirmed a viewing with me and nobody was there when I turned up. Office says shut 4pm, it was shut from 2:45pm and no one was there either . I called 4 times and left a voice note, still no response. Highly unprofessional.
