I have used WJMeade for around 4years to let my property. I opted for the the full package and to date not had an, emergency, problem to deal with. With a couple of the minor problems, they contacted me and I arranged to deal with the repairs. Their diligence with finding a decent tenant has payed off, as I’ve had no problems. Their 6 monthly report on the condition of the property, works like clockwork.

GoogleVery friendly and professional agents. We bought our flat using them and now using them to rent it out. When we were looking to buy they had our details contacted us as the flat went on to the market so we could get round and view it quickly (when the market was a little hotter). They know the market well - we went to rent out our flat - online Friday afternoon and by Saturday afternoon was rented. Couldn’t be happier. Been nothing but great service in all transactions, staff are professional, friendly and experienced.

GoogleWe used 6 agencies, 3 of which dealt with my property listing privately, i found 5 of these well established agencies to have many shortcomings, most of which tell you the things you want to hear and once signed it becomes a different story, so as you can imagine i was a frustrated seller, i approached w j meade, and was literally blown away by billys professional approach, so genuine, a true expert in his field! And a lovely warm honest man who filled us with hope and kept communication at high levels, we felt taken care of and by comparison with all the other agents we had dealt with, i regretted going to all of them, i only needed billy who consistently bought buyers in, kept us informed and ultimately sold our flat whereas the other 5 agencies didnt even reach half way. Thank you billy and entire team at w j meade, the best people for the job!

Never met such a bad agent before. Long in short, they believe they are God, more important than the buyer.1. Push very hard on buyer (Calling the buyer everyday with non-professional language)2. Accusing the buyer (Think the buyer don't have money)3. Threading the buyer to withdraw the contract4. Don't read their email (Emailed them about situation, they just ignore)People who is looking for a real estate agency. Please stay away from this one.

Called to enquire about a property and the agent was rude to me. He then proceeded to shut down my concern when I raised this and hung up the phone on me.
Good afternoon,We have spoken with the team and managed to trace the call. You enquired about a property and then hung up on our operative when they told you how to send a formal enquiry. You then rang a second time asking if this property had a virtual viewing; you were told no and that several offers had already been forward. As you were disappointed, you then continued by asking if we 'generally did virtual viewings' and became rude to our operative. Our operative told you that it was a case by case basis and you again, did not like this answer. That is when they began to shut the conversation down and said they would be ending the call.We take a zero tolerance approach here at W J Meade when customer's are being rude or abusive to our staff. We always advise our staff that if a customer begins to become verbally abusive, it is best to try and end the conversation as soon as possible. As per the agent's advice, if you would like to see the property, please do send a viewing request through the selected portal in which you were viewing the property on.
