Here at W J Meade, we aim to give exceptional service to every one of our clients and therefore it becomes great concern when someone is dissatisfied.
Lettings is a very fast based industry, and unfortunately if someone has put a holding deposit down on a property (which in this case had happened), we can no longer advertise the property (as the prospective tenants have reserved it).
I have tried to locate your details on our database, but I cannot find them. We register all applicants within our database when we take their call, so this is strange indeed.
