The whole process was very straightforward and I got always quick response and feedback from the agents and from the manager.The transaction did last longer than usual, near 6 months but it was mainly because the vendor was overseas and also very slow and vague with all the questions raised.W J Meade did its best but I would really encourage them to try to get more information from the vendors and ensure they are ready to sell a flat and also when they are ready to move out as that also made much longer the transaction.

Possibly the worst agent in London. After an initial meeting and reassurance that they could sell my Mile End property, 3 months later with only 3 viewings we signed with another agent who offered 6 viewings and sold within 3 weeks. Meades conduct, complete lack of communication and inability to give any guidance or answer any questions throughout this process was shockingly unprofessional...verging on contempt. They ignored any request for guidance, We had to instruct them to make changes and once we took on another agent we heard nothing for the last last month. Even if we had sold we would have taken them to the Ombudsman. Awful company and management.

It was only after we informed the other party that they had been unsuccessful that they chose to put forward a higher offer.
