Not the cheapest out there, but W J Meade is worth it! They were very nice to work with, realistic, honest and not pushy at all. I had several offers within the first week thanks to their advice and promotion. The team worked really hard to get the sale and to keep it progressing. Whenever difficulties arose the team always had a means to solve a problem, including helping a feckless vendor (me) to obtain copies of certificates that I'd lost. The team was always supportive, professional and calm - very reassuring. For a daunting process like selling or buying property, a well-established, professional team like W J Meade really makes a huge difference.

I'm a pretty novice landlord and have had some appalling experiences with the first estate agents I selected to manage my property. Luckily I came across W.J.Meade and after I moved my property management over to them the entire process has become the smooth experience I was hoping for. Meade have always responded to any questions/concerns I have had very quickly, they have been upfront about any costs that may be needed, and they have helped guide me through finding reliable tenants, choosing the best leasing options for myself, and helping me keep, and in some cases, future proof my property to adhere to the constantly changing private rental laws. Honestly, take it from someone who has experienced both extremes of being a private landlord, I could not recommend W.J.Meade enough! If you have any doubts, drop by their offices and have a chat with one of their representatives. Trust me, you will be glad you did and will save yourself a lot of unnecessary trouble by using their services.

Really positive experience working with W J Meade again for the sale of our flat during a challenging time with the pandemic. Harry who managed all of the viewings was excellent, a lot of work was done to generate plenty of interest and viewings, a buyer was found faster than expected. The progress and completion of the sale from then on was managed by Michael who we've worked with before and he just instills a lot of honesty, professionalism and confidence and how things are progressing. Couldn't ask for a better agent to manage the final stages of what can be a stressful time.
