Don't use this agency they allow their landlords to keep you in a mouldy accommodation and do nothing about it. Also more than likely you will loose your deposit from their bogus deposit protection scheme dps stay far away!!!!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the agency, as a potential buyer. I was surprised by the fact that they kept on collecting offers once I put mine. Once my best and final offer had been accepted, the day after they allowed the other potential buyer to increase their offer and they managed to get it through. Very unprofessional. Stay away front the agency, if you can.
Same reviewer as above.Dear MarcoWe have looked into your complaint and although we understand your grievance and frustration, we are legally required to put all offers to our vendor.We asked both yourself and the other candidate to put forward your best and final offer, and yours was accepted. It was only after we informed the other party that they had been unsuccessful that they chose to put forward a higher offer. We legally have to put all offers to the vendor, at any stage during a transaction until contracts have exchanged, so our hands were tied. GoogleWe moved out of a property 8 weeks ago now and still have not received our deposit - no issues were fixed during our tenancy despite being reported multiple times including mould and now at the end we are being fobbed off for our extremely expensive deposit. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for renting
Dear Lindon, I have looked at the system and can see that there was rent owed on the property account and that is why the deposit was not released at first. We emailed you on 9th November asking when you would be paying the arrears, and we received no response. On the 1st December, we received a call from yourselves regarding the deposit, and we confirmed about the previous email and the rent owed. We emailed again looking for further deductions to the rent owed (£724.95) due to dynorod being called out, Dynorod explained they had to clear the drains as fats had been poured down the sink, therefore TTs should contribute to this cost. On the 5th December, you then asked for the arrears of rent to be cleared due to leak issue. The landlord agreed for a £400 deduction instead of the full £809.95 that was owed. This situation was dealt with appropriately and I see this as closed now. Regards, W J Meade

We chose Meade as they had a good sales record for our type of property and have a long history in our area. This proved to be correct and our house sold STC within 4 weeks. The team were actually delightful to work with. Always upbeat, on time, responding when they said they would. They seem to understand us and our buyers needs well and it all felt very kind and responsive. Great facilitators and a reassuring team to work with. Also no blagging or bs. I would definitely recommend.

Georgia Whittlesey (lettings agent) did a brilliant job for this new landlord. Basically she just took the whole thing off my hands, found the tenant, ordered the washing machine, found the plumber to fit it, took away the unwanted furniture - and all at breakneck speed but with friendly courtesy at all times. A legend!
