Georgia is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Katie as well was very communicative and Helpful and very polite and Friendly. The staff members we have interacted throughout the whole process have been very helpful. Highly recommend!!!

GooglePossibly the worst agent in London. After an initial meeting and reassurance that they could sell my property, 3 months later with only 3 viewings we signed with another agent who offered 6 viewings and sold within 3 weeks. Meades conduct, complete lack of communication and inability to give any guidance or answer any questions throughout this process was shockingly unprofessional...verging on contempt. They ignored any request for guidance, We had to instruct them to make changes and once we took on another agent we heard nothing for the last last month. During the global pandemic, house sales in some areas have boomed, and in others have not. Thankfully when you re-listed the property with the other agent, the property came up as a new listing and this would have attracted a wider audience, and the agent was able to sell your property. From a renter's POV: the estate agent looking after my flat has always taken too long to respond to emails (if at all) and sometimes doesn't read the emails properly. I often have to chase them up on requests. It's a shame because interactions with the other estate agents have been fine.

Overall very happy with the outcome and level of service provided. There were a few unexpected delays due to there being a chain of several links. However the estate agents were reassuring and kept me in the loop.Will definitely go back with them if I have the chance.
