In Bismarckstraße there is also a cool club definitely worth visiting! You can’t miss its chilling and friendly atmosphere. Go there to enjoy great coffee and fresh food at any time of the day...you won’t be disappointed.

Poor maintenance and response.Poor maintenance and response.Lifts have been out for the past 2-3 weeks (Savoy Court). We get told engineers are looking into the matter, the lift works for a day and it’s out again and the cycle repeats. The lift has been out this whole week, gets “fixed” on a Friday just for a few hours and it’s out again. Unsure why it is taking so long for it to be repaired. How many times do we have to complain until this matter is taken seriously? If these engineers cannot solve the matter, surely you should get new ones. Vonder should be ashamed of the experience it’s giving it’s residents. And this is just one of the multiple ongoing problems at Great West Plaza.

They lie about the rent and energy bills. People from outside can enter at will. Staff use spare keys to enter apartments when tenants are not in. Parcels go missing all the time. The staff even refused to receive parcels for 2 months. They delay for months before returning the deposit. They only respond to emails when they want to collect money. People get trapped in lifts. Lifts often break down. The cameras are fake. The Fridman lounge is always locked, except when staff hold events. Most of the monitors in the common areas are connected to the staff wifi instead of the public wifi so tenants cannot use them. You never feel safe or that you're getting your money's worth.
