A bit expensive but pleasant to live in. Perhaps a lack of severity towards those who fill the corridors with smoke from their cooking, listen to music too loudly or throw their cigarette butts next to the ashtrays...

They will not return your deposit. I have been chasing for months, I agreed to the deductions that had to be made and still have not received it back. it's in the 4 digits. Never again.

Very nice rental property in a very strategic position. A few steps from the Metro and the stadium.Breakfast very plentiful and all really good. The staff was always very helpful. Clean, spacious and quiet rooms.Highly recommended.

I'm living in Berlin for my studies and staying in one of Vonder's apartments just makes everything so easy. The apartment is beautiful, it is close to everything and whenever something is broken/has to be fixed, the technicians come within few hours. Thank you !

GoogleThese flats are very nice, spacious, clean, good parking space availability, most importantly, the management team and receptionist Absal, they are all very supportive and helpful. Any time we had issues or questions, they looked into our query promptly and resolved the issues so fast for us. The neighborhoods are very friendly people and it is overall a very safe and a quite environment for families to live in - I really recommend this flat to anyone out there who is looking to move to Brentford. Thanks Vonder Team , you have been brilliant :)

GoogleWe lived here for just under a year and it was easily the best accommodation we had in London. The flat was warm bright and modern. The rental price was very reasonable considering bills were included. The sound insulation between flats was excellent - our neighbour said he regularly played music at a high volume and we never heard it. The staff were very helpful and any maintenance issues were dealt with very quickly. The common areas are kept well maintained. Vonder (pre-Covid) also organised regular social events such as a pizza night and boxing class (all free of charge).

GoogleThe flats are nice but that's all the positive I can say. What an incapable, horrible marketing team!!! We moved out of our flat mid-January, it's apparently "been on the market" since end of November. We were told and promised that they are doing their very best to rent it out to new tenants(as we have a live contract until end of March). After endless calls and me trying to find the link for our flat online so that I can share it on various platforms, I'm told they aren't going to place an advert individually as that's part of their "marketing strategy" (even though the flat is the best looking and one of the largest in its category). When I challenged them about their "marketing strategy" (can you even call it marketing when you aren't actually marketing the flat?) being fairly ineffective (knowing the flat hasn't been rented out for over 2.5 months) her response was to warn me not to tell her how to do her job and about how difficult the market is due to the pandemic....HOW do you expect something to be rented out if you don't even advertise it???? It's not rocket science!! Yet complaining about the pandemic and me telling how they should be doing their job? Well they aren't doing their job, are they? Absolute joke!!! Get rid of your marketing team, any toddler could do a better job!

Great Company That Provides a Great Place to Rent!Overall, the process to rent was smooth, and the end of tenancy was also not an issue. The reports provided were fair and the normal wear and tear was not nitpicked to come out of my deposit!

My daughter was a Vonder tenant from September 2022 to June 2023 (Flat 51, 34 Clanricarde Gardens, LONDON, W2 4JW) and although she had no major problems with the flat and the maintenance, now that she moved out they detain the security deposit with no reason. They don't answer emails or phone calls. We will have to seek for legal advice.

Perfect place to stay. Good apartments and great coworking place. All major shops are within walking distance. It will be great if you could improve the cardio gym a little bit, because not all simulators work correctly.

Absolute worst experience with a rental company hands down. Issues with heat and hot water taking ages to resolve and extremely poor communication with people from Vonder just passing you off to one another or simply not replying.
