No management whatsoever. Noise from residents at all hours in the hallways, at the building entrance, and inside flats at 3, 4, 5 am and no one does anything. Avoid all the way!

Our aim is to create a peaceful and harmonious community for all residents.However, we would like to remind you that although we are always happy to support our community, the local council should be your first contact for reporting nuisance noise as this isn't usually a matter for the police. Our role is to assist and support, but ultimately it is the local council's responsibility to enforce any legal requirements related to noise.Again, we apologise for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced. Every thing was as it was claimed and people who worked there were very nice. The only reason I give one star less is the noises they had during renovations, it was a little annoying. thank you for everything.

FacebookBad experience with one of their saleswoman. Rude, manipulative and with any empathy. She wanted to make me pay the rent without any kind of proof, and indeed she tried to make me feel bad for asking for a proof. It's a shame there are professionals like this person.
