GoogleGenuinely can't find any other word than terrible to describe them. Have been trying to contact someone, literally anyone from the company, for 3 months. No one ever picks up. I thought I had bad experiences with renting in London, Vonder said take a seat let me show you how much worse it can get.

FacebookI really recommend vonder. Since i booked through them I didn´t have to think or be worried about anything. The did everything, the flat and the room are furnished with all that i need, iron, vaccum, pans... David went an extra mile and profesionals like him make easy the decision to renew for 5 months more. 😀

Lived at Vonder in Warsaw for nearly 2 years, would have stayed many years more if possible.The apartments are brand new and clean, in a great (best) location. Nice Clean, bright and modern apartment. The service was perfect, lots of social activities are organized. And the best thing is that they have a great team,. Nothing but great memories !

Its been great to deal with Marianne, she has been extremely helpful with all property affairs. The property itself is contemporary and good quality. The community is amazing. I would definitely recommend renting their place.

Worst landlords!They ignore you as long as possible, and even then they come with excuses.Few examples:* My washing machine was declared dead by a technician they sent, but they NEVER replaced it* The cost of electricity jumped over night from £40 PM to £400... and they did not cared at all* They will hike you rent every other year* Even if you want to renew the contract, you will have to wait weeks before anybody will answer* You can be DAYS without internet

GoogleTerrible experience!! A total scam of bills and unreasonable charges plus insane amount of rent increase YoY!!! On approximately three years it has gone up 40% and the agency sends made up bills to pay without the actual bill from the electricity or heating company… we have been scammed and nothing ever gets fixed 😡😡 We were out of a washing machine for a month and the agency never replies… such a disappointment

Worst Experience ever! (Hill House) in Archway, once the payment was done everything went down hill. The property was partially unfurnished despite asking for furnished, the cleaning was disgusting heating and hot water stopped working the same week I moved in, it took over 6 hours for someone to look at it. Communication within Vonder is awful. You would get better service staying in a premiere Inn.

GoogleI have moved out of the properties from Vonder London for over four months, but still haven't received my deposit refund. I tried to contact the team both via email and phone around 20 times, but no one responded or just said someone would call me back but this never happened. I paid the room cleaning service before I moved out the flat and one of the members in the team was aware of this and confirmed with me no deduction will be made from the deposit, but the rental team still told me the cleaning needed to be reduced from the deposit, but I didn't get any deposit back anyways. I was so disappointed.

I have stayed at many different Vonder sites and every time the experience is spot on. The quality of the apartments and buildings is super impressive with every detail considered for you to walk in and feel at home. Step out of your apartment and you have a community of like-minded people with a great schedule of interesting events.

Safety hazards never attend 1. Lights in corridor have been out for two months now. We have to walk in complete dark as this is reconstruction building.

I wish i could give zero. I lived here for 2 and half years and initially everything was fine. After i renewed by tenacy agreement, they told me with a few days notice that it would be increased by almost 25%. I didn't know my rights at the time so I accepted, a few days later a cleaner opened the door saying it is to clean the flat. I contacted them and they said it was a mistake. Later on in the year i started receiving emails saying i owed bills, i asked why after over 2 years were they sending me this now and i was never charged before as it is impossible to have £150 for bills and still owe like that they said they did not know that my contract was that amount. I decided to leave as they were becoming very deceiptful and now they waited for 2 months to respond to the deposit repayment request stating that i have to pay over £400 for painting which is madness as i did not spend much time in the reception area. they want to charge for bills and when i ask for receipts for other costs no response. They do not return calls or emails and wait until the last minute to respond to the TDS. Its as if they want to wait you out to see if you will give up on the deposit. AVOID as much as you can. They will manufacture charges so as not to pay you back.

FacebookI had a great experience with this agency regarding my short term contract. The apartments are all renewed and perfectly located. In addition agents are always supporting tenants and open to any questions. In Bismarckstraße there is also a cool club definitely worth visiting! You can’t miss its chilling and friendly atmosphere. Go there to enjoy great coffee and fresh food at any time of the day...you won’t be disappointed.
