Moved to Vonder with high expectations as they promised a cinema and gym. In reality, the broken entrance door is not replaced for a few months now. I was told the building works will be done by the end of 2021 before the contract was signed. But it is nowhere near that will be done. Sometimes lifts are just simply not working........I won't consider them again in the future.A resident

I had a great stay in Vonder Warsaw. Best locations and nice, clean well furnished apartments. Also there is a wide selection of fitness activities and activities well equipped gym. Will be using Vonder on other locations as well. Highly recommended.

I’ve found that the service at Vonder has been stellar, especially since the new building manager, Marianne, has taken over duties. We have no issues and all queries are swiftly dealt with a smile, which is much appreciated. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Run away from these crooks!Moved in 2.5years ago and was told that we pay premium rent for the Gym, Cinema, Concierge that the development has.So 2.5years after, there is still NO GYM, NO CINEMA, NO CONCIERGE, water supply just got fixed after 2 months.I was wondering why you were lying to get premium rents at the beginning and don't provide the service we are paying for?

When on the hunt for a new flat, it's paramount to choose a company that values its tenants, fosters transparent communication, and assures safety. Regrettably, Vonder disappoints on every front.At the outset, Vonder's portfolio might seem tempting: stylish, contemporary flats in what appear to be desirable locations. But be warned, this polished exterior belies a myriad of shortcomings and evasive tactics that quickly become apparent to their unfortunate tenants.For starters, there's the vexing issue of communication, or, more precisely, the lack thereof. In the rare instances they do respond to tenant concerns or queries, it's typically with the maddeningly unhelpful refrain: "We have to speak to the landlord." This deflection is employed ad nauseam, regardless of the urgency or nature of the issue at hand. It's a convenient smokescreen, absolving them of responsibility and leaving tenants in a perpetual state of limbo.The state of the car park is an affront to any notion of safety. By evening, it transforms into a hotspot for dubious activities, with unsavoury groups frequently indulging in drug-related affairs. The blatant disregard for resident safety is alarming. And, true to form, when confronted with these concerns, Vonder retreats to its well-worn script of needing to "speak to the landlord."To further muddy the waters, it seems Vonder has resorted to manufacturing their online reputation. A curious number of 5-star reviews can be traced back to their own staff. This disingenuous ploy to bolster their image is a slap in the face to genuine tenants seeking honest feedback.In summation, Vonder's modus operandi is one of evasion, neglect, and at times, outright deception. If you're mulling over the idea of entering into a tenancy agreement with them, I'd implore you to reconsider. Your peace of mind, safety, and hard-earned money deserve more than Vonder's litany of excuses and subterfuge.

Great place to stay

I stayed in a studio apartment at Vonder Village Brentford for the past month. I was very happy: the apartment was spacious and in great condition (good quality appliances, great bathroom), making it a very comfortable place to stay. Plus there’s free parking on site, as well as decent public transport (Brentford main line station is 5 minutes walk away; Boston Manor Piccadilly line station is 15 minutes). Would strongly recommend.

Having recently moved into Vonder Village I have been beyond disappointed by the service I have got.It is pitch dark outside with no lighting, the place has been and will continue to be more of a construction site than a community. I barely see anyone at the front desk and have heard people being left with no hot water for days without adequate action taken.Please avoid!

I liked the building itself

I liked the building itself. Beautiful place and structure. I lived there from the 18th of March 2023 to 30th August 2023Maintenance though seems to be a bit slack and response to tenant queries could be sped up a bit. Tenants appear to be a potpourri of different nationalities and it can be quite daunting navigating the maze of setting up council tax, changing energy provider, if need be, etc. Yes, it is all "explained" in the welcome email, ...A few staff though were exceptionally patient and helpful. Staff such as Joseph in the Wembley Vonder. I attribute my survival there to his efforts. Big thanks

Genuinely can't find any other word than terrible to describe them. Have been trying to contact someone, literally anyone from the company, for 3 months. No one ever picks up. I thought I had bad experiences with renting in London, Vonder said take a seat let me show you how much worse it can get.
