GoogleAs buyers Urban Village made the process seamless. Having had bad experiences with other Estate Agents it was good to have a team who communicated well and acted transparently through the process. Tyler and Sarah and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with.

I’d been struggling to find a flat for quite a while and they helped me find a place that was to my specifications and guided me every step of the way. They went above and beyond to follow up and ensure everything went smoothly and that meant a lot to me. I’d absolutely recommend them to everyone. 10/10

GoogleSuzanne, Sarah, Julie & Team are amazing. They are super professional, lovely and get the job done without ever missing a detail. Honestly is always the best policy with Urban Village and that's one of the reasons they are so different. THEY CARE! They're also eco friendly, so they're saving the planet whilst finding people homes. I couldn't think of a better estate agents in London.

They manage a number of rental properties for me and I can always relax and rest assure that they are well looked after under their care. Hi Tom, We do rent to families! In fact we prefer families where our landlord prefers not to have an HMO licence. We have recently let some houses to great families. This is not true at all. I can't find any record of your name making any rental enquiry at all. Which property were you interested in please? Suzanne
