GoogleSuzanne and Sarah at Urban Village are amazing: my flat sale went through a couple of weeks ago and they have been supportive, honest, efficient, really knowledgeable and kind since the valuation and have gone way beyond the call of duty in so many ways, from Suzanne's Kirstie Allsopp style tips for selling my flat to Sarah bringing biscuits for my dog at viewings. And they both kept me sane in the week before exchange - in a chain of six so there was a bit of stress! I have been singing their praises to all my friends and really can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleUrban Village has a very different feel from your normal estate agent: the office itself is gorgeous; and you can tell that Suzanne and her staff are extremely knowledgeable about their subject area, the Urban Village of south-east London in which they are based. Not only is Suzanne herself very helpful when it comes to advising on property-related matters, but her seminars reveal a breadth and depth to the industry that surprises and informs all who attend (I have been to two). I thoroughly recommend Urban Village if you are looking for an estate agent to help sell, let or manage a property, or are even just seeking advice.
