GoogleI had been working with a chain estate agent for management of my flat years and they were terrible. Switching to Urban Village has changed my life. GoogleOverall we had a very good experience. We just purchased a house through Urban Village and, although it was a lengthy process, Sarah and Suzanne were always professional and patient. From price negotiation to exchange/completion, they were a good relay between the vendors and us. Once our offer was accepted they opened the house multiple times for us to take measurements, get quotes, etc. We went through various other estate agencies in the past 5-6 years, for renting, buying and selling, and mostly found agents unpleasant and focused on fees/profits rather than customers. Urban Village is different and has a much more customer-centred approach. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe whole urban village team were amazing from start to finish, but shouts to Sarah and Natalie specifically who made a very stressful situation as easy as it could be. They truly went above and beyond any agent I have experienced in London and can only recommend Urban Village to anyone fed up of the rental market in London and traditional estate agents. Our property is of a high quality and reasonably priced compared to the market. The team have stayed responsive for anything we need whilst in our tenancy. Thank you so much!

GoogleUnlike any other London estate agent, in my experiences: highly capable team, friendly and creative whilst still being small and keeping a personal, very customer-focussed approach to dealing with you. I’m a pro photographer but I have to say their in house photographer knocks spots off what I could do with interior shoots! Suzanne does a great job and both her employees Ted and Sarah (who have worked on my last sale and current one) are a credit to her. Five stars because they deserve it - thank Christ I ditched Purple Bricks to use them!!!

GoogleThere aren't enough stars to review Urban Village! After renting in London for 10 years now, I have never come across a more professional, friendly and helpful estate agents and I cannot recommend Suzanne highly enough. Urban Village treat you like a human being and try to find helpful solutions for both tenant and landlord. Their tenancy agreements are clear and fair, their check in and check out procedure is transparent and they are extremely flexible - I messed them around a few times with a move out date as I was buying a flat and the date kept changing, but they bent over backwards to accommodate me whilst also keeping the landlord happy. It has been a pleasure renting through Urban Village and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleUrban village is unlike most regular estate agents but that is far from a criticism. From our first meeting, Sarah was professional & straightforward. She gave good advice and was honest about what we could realistically expect to sell the property for. Sarah kept us informed about every viewing & provided feedback each time. Queries were answered promptly and we never had to chase up replies. Cannot fault the service and have no hesitation in recommending Urban Village.
