GoogleWe first used Urban Village Homes when we rented out our Brixton flat when we moved to Australia. I was impressed from the beginning with the level of personalised service that Suzanne and the team showed us. They supported and guided us and we ended up with some really quality tenants and at the price that we wanted. After a couple of years we made the decision to sell the flat, and again Suzanne and team were brilliant. We had an offer within days and Suzanne especially was always available to answer any questions we had and to follow up with the Buyer as needed. GoogleI had a great experience dealing with the team during the purchase of my flat. From the initial visit with Sarah, she gave me space to walk around and really have a feel for the place. The transaction initially appeared straightforward until the vendor decided to change his mind. Luckily Suzanne was able to talked him through and brought him back. The whole team was very supportive and chasing all parties to ensure we complete before the stamp duty holidays period.
