We had a good experience with Urban Village. Unlike other estate agents, they actually talk to you like humans. Tyler was really helpful and actually listened to what we wanted rather than trying to fit what they had available to us. Whilst we didn't have a choice of estate agents as the buyers, we're really pleased we dealt with them and Tyler and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again. In a process that can be fraught and stressful they were always helpful and available.

I have had a really good experience with Urban Village from the start! Tyler was great during the viewing and initial process and throughout my tenancy Kate has been very helpful and responsive. Any issue I had in the flat was addressed and dealt with quickly, which I very much appreciated. Towards the end of my tenancy I had some difficulties finding a new place within my notice period, and Kate was very supportive and genuinely went above and beyond to help, which meant a lot to me aa it’s been a very stressful period. The agency and its staff are reliable and easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Natalie at UV was amazing from the offset. Selling a 4 bed Victorian terraced house in Camberwell, that was in need of love! From advising on a realistic but fair price to the last minute... chasing the buyers solicitor...even on her day off! It was a complicated sale and Natalie worked so hard to make the process as smooth and swift as possible for myself and the buyers. I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie and the team. UV provided me with very good advice, and were patient and supportive as I prevaricated about putting my home on the market. Very unpleasant agents. I echo the experiences mentioned in other reviews regarding how unpleasant and deceitful Suzanne was. The house was left in a poor state when we moved in. After much dispute, they agreed it wasn’t up to standard and that we wouldn’t need to clean it upon vacating. However, we were then charged an excessive rate for cleaning when we left it in the same state we found it. Incredibly sly, they tried to lie by saying they had paid for a cleaner before we moved in but sent us old invoices from previous cleans. Above all, the staff seem clueless in this circus of a business.

Suzanne (owner) is an incredibly rude, dismissive and dishonest person if you're a tenant. Genuinely nasty person for no reason, and it really shocked us and other estate agents we spoke to. Unfortunately Rachel and Jordan were also rude (although nowhere near Suzanne's level). Also when we had an urgent problem on a weekend, Urban Village Homes wouldn't help until Monday as our Property Manager wasn't in. So we had to contact our landlord directly, who said they really regretted going with Urban Village as they weren't doing their job properly, and causing them stress and issues that Urban Village should have been dealing with. If you're a landlord or tenant, make sure you stay away from here.
