GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Urban Spaces. Peter Hunt found us the perfect tenant within 24hrs. A breeze to deal with and would highly recommend Peter and his team.

GoogleWe found this site had far better locations than other sites and they helped us find the perfect home which also benefits from an excellent landlord (after suffering from an awful one in our last place). Georgia at Urban Spaces felt right on our side throughout and was super helpful. Highlights recommend

GoogleWe have really enjoyed working with Urban Spaces. Egle, Venetia, Will, Nikki, the whole team are very professional and helpful. Their curiosity, attention to detail and thoroughness in understanding the design details of the property is impressive, totally different from our experience working with other estate agents. We would certainly look forward to working them again in the future!

TrustpilotScammers
Scammers. I'll update with further details after I'm done with a legal issue. Until then, don't make my mistake and please avoid. They lie, they steal, they do not have an office, and they take zero responsibility.

GoogleI let my property through Urban Spaces (non-managed). They were quick to find me a tenant. Whenever I had problems with repairs, they were very helpful even though they did not manage the property.

GoogleI recently sold my property through Urban Spaces and was delighted with the service. Ben helped smooth the path round small obstacles that arose during the process and the deal was completed in a very acceptable time span. Given that we'd originally bought the property through Urban Spaces a few years earlier, I've experienced both vendor side and buyer side. Both experiences left me in no doubt that I'd recommend them to anyone.

GoogleReally well looked after from finding the flat, placing an offer, accepting the flat right up until we moved. Everyone one we dealt with (Nikki, Doug and Sinead) we’re so helpful and friendly. We moved in yesterday and woke up today with a delivery of flowers from Bloom and Wild which was an unexpected but extremely thoughtful and kind gesture. Would 100% recommend Urban Spaces letting agency.

GoogleA great and experienced team. They got me asking price for my property listing, it was a great result. The team were good communicators and were also respectful of my property and requirements. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to London buyers and sellers.

GoogleHad a fantastic move in experience and Martina in particular was perfection with the Sales process and moving everything along swiftly. A couple of times we've had to ask for How to do something around the house as it wasn't told to us while moving in but responses have always been fast. Overall a great experience!

GoogleI dealt with Samuel who was very informative and honest about the market situation, which was much appreciated.

GoogleI inherited Urban Spaces as my managing agents after they took over from Young London. Urban Spaces are a small property letting and managing agency; that means that they offer a personal service, not always available with larger agencies. The manager I deal with, Pete Hunt, and his team, are energetic, courteous and efficient and show good judgement. I recommend them to others wanting a personal touch.

GoogleI have recently moved into one of Urban Spaces properties that they manage. I have been very impressed with the service provided! I received flowers on my first day and all my queries have been addressed with urgency and there has been no need for me to follow up which is a massive difference from my previous rental experience! Keep up the good work!

TrustpilotExcellent service, both as a buyer and a seller
Having dealt with this company for more than 15 years, I can say with absolute certainty that they are one of the best agents in London.Their attitude to customer service is excellent and their staff are knowledgeable and helpful.Urban Spaces make it very clear why estate agents are still a very revenant part of the house buying / selling process.Highly recommended.

GoogleI have worked with Urban Spaces for many years and I have had nothing but a positive experience. More recently, I work with Peter Hunt who has provided outstanding assistance to progress property transactions with me; he is extremely friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Urban Spaces to anyone looking for a dynamic and approachable estate agency.
