TrustpilotAs both a prospective seller and buyer…
As both a prospective seller and buyer I contacted them to see one of their properties. They cancelled the viewing at the last minute, a couple of hours prior to meeting. They never contacted me again. Given their lack of professionalism, I wouldn’t rely on them to sell my property nor to buy one.

GoogleI have been working with Urban Spaces since 2015 and they've been very helpful, professional and attentive, both on the lettings side and in their property management. Particularly found working with Pete Hunt to be excellent. The service has improved dramatically since Greene & Co have not been involved and Urban Spaces manage everything.

GoogleGreat agency and I do not say it lightly having had horrendous experience before. Very responsive, digital - so there’s no need for any paperwork in hard copy. All issues are resolved very quickly. Flowers received as new tenants were a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
