Adeeb is managing our tenants. He has been on the ball in chasing late payments and notifying me timely of progress. Whilst my experience with Urban Bubble was, at times, difficult. Adeeb’s strong customer focus shone through. May it continue and may others learn from him about dealing with customers.

NEVER NEVER RENT WITH THEM.There have been several power outages during the last month affecting the whole building. It has been now 2 consecutive days without power causing severe disruptions and it is still not fixed. Electricity went off last evening for the second time and no one came up to ‘fix it’ until 9am in the morning. It is now 7pm and its off again. It is impossible to get in contact with Urban Bubble. Utterly useless.

I lived in one their site Burlington Square, the apartment was very nice and was very clean, reception was nice as wellMaintenance was very big issue, basically nothing get fixed, you have to wait for 2 months, maintenance guy was unable to fix basic issuesManager was not helpful at all, she was defensive and angry when you complained to her about maintenance issues, she think it's normal to wait 2 months for such washing machine to get fixed Residents were smoking weed, and cigarette which causing a difficulty in breathing Reception staff were very good, especially wahl the Egyptian guy very helpful. always smiling and say hello to everyone and he is very good security guyIf they fix maintenance issues, this place is good to live in, and in need of a different manager

I very much appreciate Adeeb Ahmed's professionalism and dedicated hard work in communicating with the tenants in relation to their rent arrears. Adeeb was able to work out a repayment plan with the tenants which allows the tenants to have sufficient time to settle their rent arrears without implementing eviction process given the difficult economic situation for both tenants and landlords.

This by far is the worst company to deal with any managing property issues .Same water leak since 2021 and they keep on sending contractors to repair. Someone is being scammed here. Especially the lease holders... The customer service is like a school playground, everyone running around each other and no one knows what to do !Amazes me , how they win such awards !!!

Another disgruntled landlord! Do not use Urbanbubble to manage your property. I have learnt the lesson the hard way. I could literally right a book on how bad they are. Kate Campbell is apparently a manager and does not respond to any phone calls or any emails no matter how urgent.

This company would not put your deposit into the tenancy protection scheme and would not return you the deposit after moving out. They charge whatever they want unreasonably without invoices and would not reply to emails demanding for deposit return. Please avoid this company at all costs and the agent Szandra is an absolute disgrace. Looking for lawyers to file a lawsuit against this garbage company.

The company has not entirely met our expectation when dealing with our request to follow up on our rent in arrears matter until Adeeb Ahmed helped us to resolve the problem. I had the pleasure of working with Megan during the process of renting my current apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. She made the entire process seamless, addressing all of my questions promptly and providing clear communication every step of the way. She made sure that everything from paperwork to move-in logistics went smoothly. She truly made the experience stress-free as in my past experience was so filled with stresses that the ptsd of going through it again gave me chills but this time because it was handled professionally by Megan and given attention, I’m relieved and stress free.

I would highly recommend urbanbubble to everyone. Massive thanks to Adeeb who has been dealing with my tenants who were in big debt, however due to his effective approach and phenomenal efforts, tenants have cleared all the arrears and i have received my full rent. Thanks once again Keep up the good work Adeeb.
