I’ve had a terrible experience with UrbanBubble. They are completely negligent. Not a single maintenance issue I have reported has been addressed - or even responded to - in months, regardless of chasing up multiple times. The worst service I’ve experienced. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleDecent enough building management, things happen as they should. Costs are however escalating in a slightly alarming manner without any communication as to why... On-site staff at Didsbury Point 4 are top drawer, the regular chap Mark is extremely friendly and takes great care of the building.

GoogleWilliam Sutton is a really beautifully kept building, thanks to the building services assistant, Nick! The communal areas are really clean and visitors often comment about how well kept the building is, which is lovely. Nick is always really happy to help with any queries and is a credit to Urban Bubble :)

Despite the fact my tenants were quite unreasonable and not responsive for a past 2 months but adeeb was chasing them regularly and update me in a very quick way. However he managed to collect my 2 months missing rent from those difficult tenants in just a week.I utterly appreciate his tactics and firm approach whilst chasing them. I would definitely recommend. He is quite a Gem. Thanks Adeeb and keep up this brilliant work.

GoogleThe Building could be a little warmer and more insulated but great place to live. The communal areas are kept clean and tidy, and the new building manager John is lovely. He does a great job, is very approachable and responds to any queries, quickly!

We have had a few large maintenance issues since moving into the building, which seem to be down to the installations when the properties were being built.However, the recent service from Adeeb Ahmed at Urbanbubble has been extremely helpful. My partner and I were frustrated with some of the issues we had faced recently but since speaking with Adeeb, they have been resolved swiftly and made us feel better about living here at Local Crescent.
