GoogleUgo has been fantastic at helping me with a mortgage application on very tight timelines. Being very responsive and hugely helpful with a range of different colleagues always providing solutions. Nothing but postivies to say when normally legal support from management companies is a black hole with very poor support. Exemplary!

GoogleConcierge are so lovely and helpful! The communal areas in the building are always kept so clean and tidy, whenever we have guests they compliment how nice the lobby smells! Lots of events and pop ups aswell x

Good at hiding behind a computer n avoiding giving answers to any problems in Viadux !! Had meeting with management regarding numerous problems found them ignorant !Don’t think they listened also be very surprised if they follow through to address issues! Lack leadership n back bone !

Extraordinary services have been recieved from Adeeb once again. Consecutively, he is on the top of things whilst dealing with my tenants who are so being difficult for past couple of months. Adeeb is proactive and once again his efforts and his help cleared all the arrears on my property and also i would to mention he has been amazing in communication whenever i send something, he responded me on a very first instance. So impressed and definitely recommend urbanbubble.

Very poor company. Our building management was transferred from them to POD, following lousy management by them. Upon transferring my account they put “Professional Charges” of £288 on my account without providing an explanation for this charge. When I phone to clarify, message says no one available to take call. AVOID THIS COMPANY

GoogleSteve was such help! I'd just moved into my flat and my estate agent were useless in telling us where the meters were. Steve got me the meters (and helped me know which was which!) which was amazing. It's a small thing but he was really friendly and I really appreciated it.

GoogleOur place is a really well maintained building, clean and lovely. Gardens are well looked after too. Urbanbubble can be slow sometimes with answering queries but overall, they look after us quite well. Big shout out to John and Carl for their willingness to walk the extra mile when required.
