Honestly one of the best company I have rented from. So understanding and helpful. Would like to give Adeeb Ahmed a special mention though as he has been brilliant through out my tenancy. So helpful.

GoogleI have lived at the flats for 4 years now, mark are caretaker does an incredible job at making sure everywhere is clean like the bin room , all floors and stairs. Always asks if we have any issues and if there is he will sort them out.

Never reponds to clients. Never answers calls during office hours. Never updates landlords if rent is paid in case of arrears. I pay management fee every month for NOTHING! I would give ZERO star to this company if I could.

Trusted those cowboys with my flat more than month ago and still no tenants or viewings. They even managed to lose the whole set of keys for it . Looking for alternative now. Receptionist only taking messages and giving false promises.

Awful really.£50k overspend on service charge.Constant poor communication.Terrible cleaning service that costs a fortune.Building insurance premiums through the roof, that can only be purchased via the lease management sister company...Incorrect building insurance calculations.They hire gibbons to manage your building, look elsewhere
