If you're dealing with Xavier - just don't take the property. He genuinely has 0 clue what he is doing. He was 30 minutes late to our viewing and I saw him outside on the phone and he tried saying he only just got there. He laughed at us down the phone because we stated the property is not in a good condition. It's clear hes never worked in property before and hasn't received any form of training. As for UrbanBubbles apartments - they are nothing like the videos they send. They are awful. Avoid at all cost.

Would rate 0 stars if I could!DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM THEM!! They have held our deposit for 2 months as well as additional monies owed to us due to a bathroom leak (no fault of ours) as we had to put dehunidifers on morning and night at their request and they then tried to get out of paying us the increase in electricity as ‘we couldn’t prove it was because of the dehumidifiers’. Absolute clowns!! We’ve raised a formal complaint, requested manager call backs, asked for updates from our property ‘manager’ Megan and simply get ignored. They’re all incompetent and none of them care. We’ve had issues since we moved in- broken, unclean furniture provided, additional charges of payment taken which were unexplained and then the amount just reduced off our next rent. They are scammers and the landlord is no better!! Give us our deposit back you cowboys!

Has been 4 months since we moved out of the property and they owe us at least £1100 that they have not returned. Every email and call gets ignored. Owe my roommate money from a faulty door handle they told her to call a specific locksmith stating she would be refunded the cost and 6 months later still nothing. Absolutely unacceptable

The worst, most unprofessional, unresponsive, negligent, disgraceful to the phrase 'management company'. Urban bubble should be dissolved as a company. They do not respond to urgent emails, with staff that are extremely rude and not willing to do their jobs. No communication in house between staff members when responding to query's. You lot are an absolute joke and I hope you get shut down. Will be contacting the housing ombudsman rather than liaising with them directly going forward.

Disgusting, No customer service - AVOID

Urban bubble has been a diabolical estate agent, their customer service is beyond poor. After various issues with check in and deposits, I arrived to a FILTHY apartment which had clearly never been cleaned, there were personal items from the previous tenant still in the bin, a false nail left in the kitchen sink, extractor dripping with grease and broken furniture. On top of this, the house was covered in cockroach traps, I was completely unaware of the issue before I agreed to take the flat. Due to it being a Friday afternoon, I didn’t hear anything from Urban Bubble for three days. Since then, their support and communication has been abysmal, no compensation for the hours of cleaning and hiring of equipment in order to clean the flat. My boyfriend also lives in the same complex and rented with a different agent and has had no issues, I would avoid Urban Bubble at all costs!

Meeting Mark, the building manager today made my first day at Vantage so smooth.He was super helpful,patient. Though his duty hours were over, he took the trouble showing me around(got all meter readings),car park,ensured I had got a few sets of keys.Arranged for rubbish removal(mattress,etc) in a short time.Many loose ends tied in one day.Cannot thank him enough.Very efficient.

This agency is SHOCKING. Liaised with someone called Zak the whole time who was equally diabolical and doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. After passing the property back over at the end of tenancy, we heard nothing for weeks re the security deposit of £1400, constant chase ups and promises to return calls then never did, then finally got in touch and claimed they had arranged for the property had been deep clean fee of £234 which would be deducted from the deposit. The flat did NOT require this, it was professionally deep cleaned for £250 the day before we moved out and I provided the cleaning invoice. After that, they proceeded to ignore all emails/calls despite still withholding the full £1400. We had no option to reach out to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (who protect the security deposits) and raise a dispute. They reached out to Urban Bubble and they had a month to respond. As expected, they also got ignored so the scheme have now returned the full deposit amount to us (5 months after moving out). Urban Bubble rely on people being complacent and not questioning their antics. Do not let this company steal your money.

AWFUL COMPANY TO RENT WITH, AWFUL SERVICE, STILL TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK we paid annually for a flat for just one year and then found a cheaper option and have moved there with another company. Even though we have sent the keys back ended the contract and have finished with that flat they decided to still charges the next months rent (£1200). No one even answered the phone when we tried calling so we had to drive to their office in the centre of Manchester. We still haven’t been given our money back and have now been told they don’t even know if they can get the money back this week. This has put me into debt and my bank say they will be charging me for this. I have told the employees what the bank have said however no one cares they just say they cant help as the person who deals with it is currently working at home. TERRIBLE COMPANY, DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU OR THE SITUATION YOU ARE IN. Will not be using this company again
