We have been living in Uncle Wembley with my wife since May 30, 2024. We were going to rent from the company that also has many buildings in Wembley before, but we gave up immediately because of their unprofessional approach and rented from Uncle Wembley. Jamie, Kelly, Nicole and Ornella are wonderful people. They find solutions to all your problems immediately. We have been living here for 3 months and we are very happy so far.

The initial move-in process and contract renewal process has been smooth as always.Thank you Ruth and the management team for everything, from initial move in, sorting out the contract and handling all my delivery packages, etc.Will definitely recommend Uncle Stockwell to anyone looking for a place to stay in London!

UNCLE Manchester has been an amazing home for a year for me and my boyfriend. The reception and maintenance staff are all lovely, down to earth people who are genuinely interested in helping you out in any way they can. The facilities are also a massive plus, with on site gym and yoga studio to name but two. I would definitely recommend UNCLE to anyone wishing to experience Manchester City Centre living.

I recently rented a flat at Uncle Stockwell and had a fantastic experience. The property itself was top-notch: very clean and in excellent condition. It made for a comfortable and stylish living space.But what truly impressed me was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, but I especially want to give a big shout-out to Giuliana. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth move-in process and was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Her friendly and supportive nature made a big difference in my settling-in experience.Overall, I highly recommend Uncle Stockwell. It's a great option for anyone looking for a clean, modern flat with exceptional service. Thanks again, Giuliana, for making my stay so enjoyable!

TrustpilotThe best place we’ve ever lived- hands down (Uncle Wembley)
This has hands down been the best place I’ve ever lived. From when myself and my partner moved in 3 years ago until now, everything has been smoothly run and we’ve been treated like family.When we first viewed Uncle we fell in love with the gorgeous interiors. It’s very modern and has all the amenities you would want and more- my personal favourite is the huge light up mirrors in the bathroom with warm and cool lighting. The apartments themselves are some of the largest I’ve seen in London and I did quite a lot of viewings prior to viewing in Uncle. You get a lot for your money compared to other companies in Wembley - also every apartment has a huge balcony which is a massive bonus. The roof terrace is awesome, mostly use it in summer and the gym is well equipped and is about to get bigger which is exciting. One thing that drew us to Uncle was the basketball court downstairs, as my partner is a big basketball fan. It’s very unique, I’ve never seen any building have one before. What makes Uncle the best however is the people. Not only the staff, but also the residents. People are super friendly, have chats in the lift and drinks on the roof. There’s a wide variety of people living here of all different ages and backgrounds and many people who have moved from abroad. I would say there’s a fair amount of young people living here, which is great for us as we’re in our 20’s. We’ve actually become best friends with our first neighbour we had here in Uncle.The staff at Uncle are the main thing that has kept us here. They treat us like family. Nothing is ever too much of a bother and they’re always open to new ideas and suggestions. Everyday we have a little catch up at reception and they remember the little things about us. Unlike private landlords, issues are fixed pretty much next day by the maintenance team. We’ll be moving out soon as we’re moving abroad, but I’m really really sad to go, as Uncle feels like a part of my identity now. We’ll miss the team so much and the friends we made here. If you’re unsure about whether to come for a viewing, do not hesitate, it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Love you Uncle!!!!!

We've been at UNCLE Southall since January 2022 and loving our time and experience; and ready to renew.Everything about UNCLE is great so far - the flat, the facilities, cleanliness and most importantly the staff (from Emma and Tom to Oshe and Ayanna) are friendly and responsive. We also appreciate the effort UNCLE puts in to create a sense of community.The other thing that we enjoy most is the communications - not only that we find them useful and timely, we enjoy reading them because of their unique way of writing. Uncle has a good marketing game, but when things start to get tough they are just like every other landlord. I was due to renew my lease at the end of March, and they offered me a monthly rate that was 100 quid higher than my previous lease (1000 quid), which in the current rental environment is laughable. I said I wouldn't do it, and negotiated it down to around 925. However, a day after I signed the lease, I see on Uncle Stockwell's website that the starting from price is now 845 for a similar flat. I brought this to their attention and got a condescending email equating their service with going to Sainsbury’s and the discount not being available. With the lack of transparency, and bad faith negotiation, they proved to me that they are just like any other landlord but with a better marketing team.

As with all landlords and properties this will inevitably result in different rent levels. We take a consistent approach to help ensure this is fair and reasonable to meet the demands. We value all our residents and in recognition of the current times and people’s circumstances have been happy to have conversations about their tenancy renewals and try to work towards a solution. We’re really pleased you want to renew your tenancy with us and we look forward to being able to offer the fantastic full benefits of the building such as communal lounge and gym to our residents as soon as we’re able.

Had a personal visit to the flat the day an engineer was on site to speed things along, follow-ups and check-ins with us in reception - very personal service, which is no small thing in a building this size with so many residents. Horrible renting process! What they said would be 24 hours took me nearly 1 month. And still didn’t work out!With all the “ups and downs” because of covid, hardly someone has a stability. They asked me a guarantor with lots of criteria’s... I managed to have one. Then they said must be British (what I wasn’t told before), and when we were about to finalize the process they said the guarantor was a friend and not family... It was never mentioned before.It is a horrible, tiring and annoying process. Just still tried as the location was perfect for me and I liked the flat. But NEVER more.In reality everytime I was sending some documents I was asked for, they were asking something extra.At the end, while uncle ask a guarantor that earns 30x the rent, I was asked one that earns 50x, and I got one who earns 100x, they had no other excuses to say, they just said the guarantor must be my relative... While I said since the very beginning he was not!

We have been living at an UNCLE rental for almost 5 years now. Rent has always been paid on time and we have never had any complaints against us from our neighbours. We were pressured into signing a 2 year contract in March (just before the first lockdown). Rent increases annually. We have had constant issues with the main doors to exit/enter the building (parcels have been stolen), the bike storage has been broken into numerous times (many residents have had their property stolen), and we have had leaks from the flat above causing water damage in our bedroom! The list can go on but I’ll stop here. Be careful and rent privately if you can as getting through to head office feels impossible and management show very little empathy.

We moved into what we thought would be a luxury apartment at nearly £3,000 pcm, only to have a draft throughout the house for 2 months and nothing been done as of yet. Site managers are not trained in customer service, have blocked us from speaking with head office to raise our concerns on the apartment and their conduct. We have found them to be in part over bearing and consistently lying about ridiculous thing i.e contractor going home because they had COVID or that they couldn't access the apartment when we were in all day (Working from Home).Do not fall for the 'dream' that is sold to you. Go with a private landlord as currently we don't even want to go downstairs to pick up parcels

Uncle is the perfect home for a pet parent! They take extra care to ensure you are happy, safe and cared for. Our experience here has been great since our very first visit. The onboarding process was seamless and exciting, which is uncommon in the current rental market. Since moving in, I have been blown away by how far they will go to ensure your concerns are addressed. When we first moved in, we had trouble with our fridge, which was resolved within the day. If you're looking for somewhere central, quiet, clean, friendly and exciting- go for Uncle!

We experienced an issue with our dishwasher when we moved into our apartment a few weeks ago. Thankfully, the on-site team went above and beyond to ensure it was addressed quickly.The general manager, Serina, listened to our concern and offered solutions. Her friendliness and excellent communication put our minds at ease. Jean and Ian from the maintenance team worked efficiently to repair the issue. The concierge team, Maddy and Mavis, are refreshingly welcoming and helpful. Top tier service from the whole team!The on-site gym is always clean, and has all the machines and equipment required for a solid strength and cardio workout. We have just been informed that Uncle Colindale will provide residents with assistance during the Colindale station closure. This brilliant news highlights their commitment to keeping residents happy.

My husband and I lived at Uncle Wembley for almost 2 years and we totally loved it. The building is amazing, the apartment is new, elegant, clean and very well-maintained. The management is made of the best professionals I've ever seen and our experience has been perfect thanks to them, so I want to thank them all! Jamie and the maintenance team, Nicole, all the receptionists and then the kindest most attentive manager ever, Kelly! She has never missed an e-mail or a message, and has been proactive to solve any type of issue at all time. I love living at Uncle New Cross. Caroline and Vivian are always so helpful! Having the office on site is really beneficial as they take my parcels if I’m not in the flat- which is so handy! The flats are very modern and stay really warm, we barely turn the heat on. The only downside would be that the lift within the flat is often out of order, but there is only 3 floors so it’s not too much of a bother. When I moved in, a couple of appliances were not working and Uncle New Cross replaced them brand new within 24/48hrs. Great service! I would definitely recommend Uncle New Cross to anyone ☺️🙌
