I was amazed by the website and decided to book a virtual tour. When time for the tour, NO ONE showed up. I called the Manchester line and the London line NO ONE picked up. The answering machine said they were open from 9-7 yet I called at 1 and no one was available. I sent an email with no response. The whole team is pretty much unresponsive.

I moved to the UNCLE building in New Cross over 2 years ago and never looked back ! The team feel like family now, they always bring joy and laughter to the community. Not to mention their top tier advice on pretty much everything! They sort out any problem that may arise with such efficiency, I’d never want to live anywhere else. It’s UNCLE or nothing !

The thing that makes Uncle so special is the people. From the two smiley and kind faces you see when you walk in - Safiah and Henna, to the two who can fix any problem - Duncan and Paul. I’ve just finished my tenancy at Uncle Stockwell and would like to give a quick shout out to the team, who have been extremely accommodating from start to finish! I’ve had previous (non Uncle) experiences with landlords who were only friendly until I moved in… So I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the Uncle Stockwell team hadn’t just put on an act with me - they are just as friendly (and professional) as they had initially made me believe! I view Ruth and Duncan as the heart of the building but the rest of the team is amazing too! I’ve found Gaven and Gaby super helpful and have really appreciated Paul and Fernanda too :)In the middle of my tenancy I decided that I wanted to move back to my home country, and because I didn’t have a break clause, I needed to find a replacement tenant. The team was very clear in terms of what I needed to do while also being super understanding and supportive. It made the process so much easier and a whole lot less stressful!

Have stayed for two months at UNCLE Deptford and it’s been so lovely! The flat is spacious, and the room designs are modern & pretty. Everything’s organised well & the team are friendly and helpful! Honestly feels like the perfect home away from home for me :)

We live in NXG apartments for over a year now. The apartment is really nice and any defects that we encountered so far have been swiftly resolved thanks to Paco and Caroline. They have been very responsive to all of our requests and really friendly. Great property management. Highly recommended

My year tenancy at UNCLE in E+C was an absolute pleasure. I'd like to specifically pay tribute to the wonderful staff they have. From cleaning to office staff they really are lovely and happy to help. Specifically Eugene who manages the concierge night shifts is such a competent and friendly face to be met with every time you walk in! From collecting a simple parcels, handling more complex issues or just having a chat he was always there to make your life easier.

I moved in about 3 weeks ago. The UNCLE team in Deptford have been so helpful. Communication has been clear, prompt and easy. The flat and furniture is lovely and best of all the co-living spaces and social events create a great living experience. Highly recommended.

I have been living in the UNCLE apartments at Colindale and the experience has been no less than great.Starting from booking the viewing to completion of the documentation to moving in, everything was very smooth and well prepared. People at Uncle's team, be it the front dest who facilitate the viewing/documentation/moving in or the property managers or the maintenance/repairs are quick and very helpful. More importantly cheerful. Overall a very good experience.

I lived at UNCLE Manchester for two years and loved my time there! Andrew and the rest of the team were extremely kind and helpful. Any maintenance issues were resolved promptly with great communication (there were minimal issues anyway). As a female living alone at the time, I felt very safe in the flat. The flat itself was lovely and very clean. Would definitely recommend living there!

I'm really impressed with Uncle Stockwell. The process of viewing a flat to getting moved in was quick and hassle-free. Duncan gave a thorough run-down of how everything worked on move-in day which was incredibly useful. The flat itself is cleverly designed and makes great use of the space, and the communal areas are always tidy and look great following the refurb. The new reception feels like walking into a hotel! Last but definitely not least is how helpful and friendly the whole team are. Ruth, Duncan, Gabriela, Stephanie (and any members I haven't yet met!) are all incredibly accommodating and helpful with queries. It's great having the team on-site and I highly recommend Uncle.

I've lived at UNCLE Stockwell for 2 years now: the longest I've lived anywhere since moving to the UK. In that time, it's turned out to be a fantastic place to live, and Ruth, Duncan, Paul, Gabriela, and everybody else have been absolutely wonderful.The flats themselves are modern and well-maintained, the price is a steal by London standards, and above all, I've been spared the horror of dealing with letting agents: if I need something, I can just phone or email a human being. If something breaks, it just gets fixed without going back and forth for weeks on end.Absolutely nothing but good things to say. Thanks guys :)

Absolutely love everything about Uncle Apartments. The layout of the apartments are greatly designed. The concierge service is on point, especially Asam & Daniel. Would definitely recommend these apartments to friends & family. I'd give it a 10/10 :o)

The uncle wembly team have done an incredible job taking care of residence and organizing events and more . the flats them selves are well organized in terms of equipment and being spacious and in addition to this they have a terrace on the 21st floor and a lounge in the seventh floor which has games to play and much more. And there’s a gym which has a treadmill a basketball ball court peleton bikes and more and they also have provided residence with parking and a electric car charger . And honestly if I had the choice to live her for ever

I recently moved in to the Uncle residential and I only have good things to say about them ! the staff is so welcoming and kind, very professional (Gabriela, Ruth, Paul,Duncan..) the flat is so cute exactly like in the pictures and I had a flat tour too, it’s well located and there is a big park just near for the dogs lovers. I feel really safe in this residence and whenever I have questions or concerns, the staff is always here to help ! I really recommend it !

I’ve been living with uncle for two years and am thinking to stay here for the next year, and I would definitely recommend this place where have friendly staffs to take care of parcels, meters, furnitures etc. Their positivity and smiles can really make your day. The building is in a perfect areas of in city center for both university students and people who work. The gym, Yoga room and art room meet people’s daily leisure requirement and nice pubs, clubs and restaurants just near by. I have a wonderful experience with UNCLE. Every time I travelled back from other place, I feel like home.

I recently finished a 1 year tenancy at UNCLE Southall, and really enjoyed my time there. The quality of the flats are superb, and the amenities (gym, concierge, parcel service) were much appreciated. The onsite staff are quick to respond to emails, and their communication was very clear when dealing with any maintenance issues. They are really friendly and super helpful. The building was kept clean throughout and overall felt very safe and welcoming.

Not reviewing if the place is worth the premium price they ask for as that's more a personal view but for sure Ruth, Duncan and Paul are willing to go the extra mile for the current tenants always with a smile on their face and sorting out promptly all the daily ordinary issues that might come up. So, that human connection is not that common when renting a place

Our experience with Uncle has been excellent since day one, Caroline and Paco were really helpful trough all the contract process and our moving in.The bulding and the flat standard are really high and all the uncle staff is supportive for any maintenance need.

Had a fantastic experience living at Uncle Stockwell. It may have only been for 6 months but it was well worth the experience. Ruth and Duncan couldn't have been any more helpful and welcoming. Slightly outdated room which could have done with a few patches mended but by the look and sound of their brand new renovations, the won't be a problem! Would highly recommend anyone looking to rent in London to use Uncle's services, their way of doing things just makes sense.
