The community feel at Uncle Wembley is just one of many attributes that makes it stand out - if we didn’t have to leave London, would have stayed here for years longer.Well maintained building, with a fully stocked gym. Friendly and helpful staff, Easy access to all Wembley train stations, with bus stations literally by the door. Thanks to Kelly, Nicole, Jamie and the rest of the team. They make this place tick and make you feel at home.

I have the best experience at Uncle Colindale from viewing till moving in. The leasing team Gaven, Crisma, and Gaby were so professional and supportive throughout the whole process. It took me less than a week from viewing to moving in. Also, Maddie and Mantas from the reception are so nice and helpful. They are helping us with our packages and any other inquiries or concerns.The building is new and modern and the team put much effort to make it a nice building to live.

When I was looking for an apartment in London, I viewed over 15 flats until I found Uncle. Their team was helpful and supportive during the viewing and rental agreement process, in total, it took less than 2 weeks from viewing to signing the agreement.I'm enjoying living here. It's been 2 weeks, and I can say it's a great place to live. Major pros:1) Stylish and beautiful house. The team put a lot of effort into making it really great.2) Excellent apartment. Compared to all the other options I viewed/lived in London, Uncle's flat is one head above.3) Location is two steps away from metro station, food stores, and couple of parks.4) And I believe the most significant pros is the Uncle's team. They are great and make living experience here amazing. I want to thank them for all support and encouragement they put into this house :)Overall, I highly recommend Uncle Colindale. 10/10

Hello dear reader,We signed up for a 6 months contract and all this while at Uncle Southall our experience was fantastic. Right from the viewing and contract signing by Hannah and Crisma, move in assisted by our previous resident managers Emma and Tom, Maintenance and support service by Suleman throughout and the new resident managers Oshea and Ayanna made this stay truly worthwhile. We absolutely loved the event arranged by them recently and got to interact with our lovely neighbours.. Halloween Trick or Treat was also fun and the kids here were very joyful which helped cheer us. We will miss the gym ,the spectacular views from our balcony and the terrace. Oh and not to forget, we spent our 31st night witnessing the best of fireworks of Central London from our balcony and that was the highlight of our entire duration here. The house is super cosy and the team here has been very kind and generous to us and we will surely recommend everyone to choose Uncle Southall as it not only comes with all the nice aspects I mentioned but also accessible to the Elizabeth Line and the high street which has a lot of options to buy groceries from. Living at Uncle has been such a good experience for my husband and I. Having rented two other places in London previously I can’t speak highly enough of how smooth the moving in/moving out process was. From start to finish, the whole team at Uncle (especially Ruth and Duncan) were super helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our transitions were seamless. The apartments are quiet and peaceful and the location in London is so well connected. I especially appreciated the mail room making sure our deliveries were always safe and saving us trips to the post office. Thank you for having us and for always providing such a warm and friendly place to come home to. We loved our time at Uncle!

I’d like to share my experience living in UNCLE STOCKWEL .After 24th of February my life has changed forever. Because of the war all our women and children were trying to find a safe place to live. A lot of countries were inviting us and trying to help as much as they can, Great Britain was one of them! The government lets people to invite us and give a safe place to live for free during 6 months.I was very lucky to find UNCLE STOCKWELL. I had an opportunity to meet a very kindhearted people who were ready to help me every time. As soon as I came to London I was very frightened but when I got acquainted with Ruth and Duncan I kept calm and understood that I’m safe. I was very impressed and thankful because they bought me a lot of food and prepare the flat, so I didn’t need anything. They always cared about me. The location is perfect. It will takes up to 30 min to Big Ben on foot. If you keen on sport, you will find a good gym in the building. If you want to meet with your friends, you will find a cozy room where you can spend your time.

I moved in August 2022, I had a friend who wouldn't stop telling me how much he loved living there and after a couple of visits I gave in! Ruth was incredibly welcoming, after speaking to her for a least a good hour, she recommended a quirky studio apartment and told me to trust her, she wasn't wrong, clearly she understood what I was looking for.She was amazing on day one moving in, she gave me so many hints and tips for when calling suppliers, made everything so easy and "homely". I needed some assistance and Duncan was there within 5 minutes to help! They are always on hand on emails and it's lovely catching up with them on a weekend. I do truly love my new home, it does feel like home and I've made so many friends already in this community!

Uncle Southall has been one of the smoothest and easiest renting experiences that I've ever had in London.The flats are brand new - the furnishings and appliances are amazing. With the windows + doors closed you literally cannot hear a thing outside!Gym + coworking space are also in great condition and so handy to have theses in your apartment building.But most of all, the staff here (especially Tom and Emma) do a great job of taking care of you. Questions, parcel deliveries, any issues with your flat are all handled quickly and with a smile.Thanks all for the last year :)

From the moment I arrived on my move-in date, I was greeted by the building manager Andrew and his team who made me feel right at home and were available for any questions I had. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for getting around the city. The flats at Uncle are lovely and refurbished to a high standard. The location is perfect and accommodating to all needs. We couldn’t recommend it anymore especially for a young professionals. I would like to especially mention that the team at Stockwell Uncle have been absolutely amazing. They have made what we thought would be a stressful move very seamless. They been very welcoming, inviting and most importantly friendly. Any questions or problems we have had they have been always available have been dealt with immediately. we couldn’t of asked for a better team to settle us in London. A special mention to Aiste who showed us around and answered our long list of questions and also Ruth and Duncan who have been specially welcoming.

My experience in Uncle Southall was remarkable. From the onset, the team has been professional from apartment online viewing to final Check in and lately, check out. The building is well maintained and the social activities are quite commendable. The on-site team of Oshea & Ayana have been attentive to complaints and improvement points. However, I believe more can be done in liaising with the courier team in sorting packages as processes are digitized.

I have been living in Uncle Elephant and Castle for the past 5years. The recent change in management practices had a huge impact on my experience, as the overall service is now deteriorating. The management is now hiring temporary agency stuff at the building reception who don't even greet people and do not know how to support residents on day to day issues. It's only Paul and Farid who have been working here since I moved in and they have been excellent in all aspects; so helpful, knowledgeable and customer focused. Uncle Elephant and Castle please keep your good people and your standards high.

I’ve lived in the Uncle Elephant & Castle building since it was built (the shared ownership part), and we share access to some of the common areas and the use of the concierge services.The common areas are always clean and well maintained, with the exception of disappointingly frequent lift outages, but with some exceptions they tend to get fixed reasonably promptly. That said, the positive impact of brilliant permanent front desk staff is outweighed by the behaviour of senior Uncle/Realstar management.Negatives: senior management are opaque with service charge, often hiking prices wildly beyond inflation with no explanation and no apology. There also seems to be a worrying trend towards hiring a carousel of temporary or agency staff for key customer-facing roles, and while they always try their best, they simply don’t have the knowledge or professionalism of the longer term permanent staff who make the building feel like a welcoming and well-run place (see below).Positives: the permanent front-desk staff (primarily Paul, Farid and more recently Eugene) are true professionals, always friendly and welcoming, no problem is too much for them to help with and they know the building inside and out, they are a real credit to Uncle and they make the experience of living here feel like a home. Without them, this would be a much lower rating.

I have been living in the Elephant and Castle building for over 5.5 yrs now. As multiple people have said there have been plenty of disappointing times (broken lifts, hot water outages, and more).More recently, it feels like UNCLE are turning the building into a student hall for wealthy overseas students - very much a short term approach on getting those 12 months in advance...For us who have lived in the building since the start, it was very disappointing to see tenured staff go after the lockdown, replaced mostly by agency staff who just dont develop a personal touch. Feels like the management completely missing the points that make the building a long term home, than a short stay. Hope that at least Farid and Paul will stay here for the long term!

Great experience moving into the Stockwell building. Harry has been very helpful with the whole process and answering all my questions about the contract etc, Duncan and Kieran were very welcoming and Paul who does the maintenance helped get all of my belongings into the flat. Couldn’t be happier to have moved in today!

UNCLE Elephant and Castle: The best rental experience I've had during my decade in London. The building makes for superlative views and the flats are tastefully crafted with chic/minimalist interiors. The Sky lounge, the gym and the cafe are a bonus and curated to enhance the living experience. Of course, a building with over 200 flats will run into minor glitches, and some rules may not please every dweller, but the management have been quick on their feet to communicate, set expectations and rectify. The staff are supportive, personable, friendly and fun - and that has made my stay here a delight! Special mention to Jam, Paul, Ceri, Fareed, Emma, Eugene, Alfredo, Reema, Connie and Kevin - you guys are swell :)

Great facilities, service and most importantly, the staff whose always accommodating and willing to go beyond - from Nicole and the only guy (sorry haven't asked your name yet!) at front desk and from John at maintenance team. They are true to their words on how renting should be.

We stayed at UNCLE Wembley for almost 18 months and loved it. The building is new and stylish, while the flats are spacious with good appliances and fast internet. Features like a built-in Sonos speaker are a nice touch too, and we really appreciated being able to keep a pet there. The building has communal areas, a superb rooftop terrace and a gym. But what we will probably miss the most is the reception desk who took delivery of parcels among many other things. Big thanks to Kelly, Jamie and the rest of the team for all their help.

My girlfriend and I lived at Uncle Manchester for a total of 8 months and can only recommend it. The fully furnished flat made it really easy to move in and we loved the spacious and modern kitchen. Andrew and his team were incredibly nice and helpful.Unfortunately, due to personal and professional changes, we had to move out of the flat again 4 months before the end of the contract. Uncle was very accommodating here, which saved us a lot of worry and money.

I have been living at Uncle for 7 months and have to say it's a very enjoyable time for me. Before I moved to Manchester, a friend of mine recommended Uncle to me and after talking to the staff for details and viewing the property remotely, I booked it immediately and now I'm grateful that I made the right decision at that time.Location: Uncle is ideally located in the city centre of Manchester and halfway between Manchester's two main train stations (Oxford Road and Piccadily), both of which are about a 7 minute walk away. There are many shops around, such as Spar, Sainsbury, Tesco, etc., and it's very close to both local restaurants and Chinatown. JD Gym is 5 minute walk away and the most central area of the city is also within walking distance.Facilities: The flats at Uncle are all big enough, normally over 40 square metres, so they are also suitable for friends or couples to live together, and are nicely decorated, with full facilities such as washing machine, dryer and oven, etc. I also used the gym in the flat block, especially in winter when you don't want to go out for exercise. In addition, underground parking is provided for residents.Staff: The staff at Uncle are all very nice and friendly, the reception is always manned, helping residents collect parcels to ensure they don't get lost and strictly monitors the security of the building. I had a blind fall down once and it was repaired quickly when I contacted the staff. Also, on International Women's Day, uncle also prepared cupcakes for the residents.My boyfriend, who visits my flat occasionally, also praises Uncle as a great place to live. If we ever return to Manchester for work in the future, I‘m sure we will continue to want to live here. Thank you Uncle!
